Scumbag company
Bought a bidetking branded seat as a gift, its construction was shoddy, the customer service was a mixture of we dont care and lol we got your money.
Later i got a report from my credit agency that my data had been stolen. This company uses a company called eye4fraud to check legitimacy of online purchases. So to make sure they dont have to suffer that 1% of transactions that are fraudulent they give all your personal info, name, email, home and billing address, phone number, cc numbers to this company owned by three jewish finance guys from NYC and those guys store all that data on a poorly secured server which got hacked losing 16,000,000 customer files to identity thieves who sold it on the darknet (search github troyhunt eye4fraud for a frighteningly long list of their clients). This company suffered no government or class action penalties for this, made attempts to hide that it happened, and never tried to make it right by offering the usual complimentary credit monitoring.
BIDETKING does not tell you they are handing all your info to a third party, they did not notify customers that this had happened, and you can be sure they are still doing it.
