I started Bien a month ago and my experience has been very positive. The team of Bien made me feel super safe. I adapted my micro dose, starting with smaller amounts, to test how it was affecting me. Bien has made me more present, less anxious.

It helped me with concentration and good mood in my work. I have been on Bien for two weeks now and I clearly can feel a big difference.
