They are responsive and have good attitude before signing up but if you don’t accept their quote then they are different people. Unprofessional and rude! Glad that I did not accepted their quote. Try to avoid if possible.

I’ve had a very poor experience with Biffa Waste Management over the past 18 months. My bins have repeatedly not been emptied on the scheduled collection days, which has caused ongoing inconvenience and frustration.
During this time I’ve had to contact their customer service more than 20 times to report missed collections. Each time I’m told the issue will be sorted or that a return collection will be arranged, yet the same problem keeps happening.
What’s even more frustrating is that after their team failed to empty the bins on the scheduled day, I was then charged for an additional collection to resolve the issue. Being charged extra for a problem caused by missed collections on their side feels completely unreasonable.
Having to constantly chase a basic service like bin collection — and then being billed to fix their mistake — is unacceptable. After 18 months of this ongoing problem, it’s clear the issue hasn’t been properly addressed.
I would strongly encourage Biffa to review their collection reliability and customer service processes, as this level of service is not what customers should expect when paying for regular waste management.

I would strongly advise other small business owners to think very carefully before dealing with this company.
Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It took over three weeks for someone to respond to a serious issue, and throughout the entire process the company has been completely inflexible and incredibly difficult to deal with. Instead of trying to resolve the situation reasonably, we were met with excuses and a rigid approach that showed little regard for the reality of running a small business.
The service we received was, quite frankly, third-rate. Communication was slow, support was poor, and there was no willingness to work towards a fair outcome.
Sadly, it is no wonder so many small businesses are giving up when they have to deal with companies that operate like this.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

I rang Biffa Waste on 9th March and spoke to a lovely lady called Diane. She went through the quote with me in detail and emailed everything across straight away. She explained the service thoroughly and made the whole process very clear.
Today 12th March I rang back to speak with Diane again and received fantastic customer service. She was very helpful and professional, and I signed up for Biffa Waste to manage the waste at our business.

Can't find a customer service email for Biffa. I'm keen to talk to you about the appalling stench coming from the waste recycling centre in Stanwell Moor. Our local councillor advised it is coming from the Biffa refuse trucks parked on the site which itself is a dry waste recycling centre.

I recently had an experience with Biffa that has made me seriously reconsider using them.
We are currently reviewing our waste services and were considering moving all of our bins and collections over to Biffa. However, by chance we had to contact them about a skip that has been left on our site by a previous occupier (the skip doesn’t belong to us). The number on the skip transferred through to Biffa customer services.
I was on hold for over 8 minutes before getting through, and when I finally spoke to someone it was extremely difficult to hear them due to loud talking and laughing in the background. It didn’t feel like a professional call environment at all.
What’s concerning is that we aren’t even a customer yet we were just trying to report a skip that doesn’t belong to us. After this experience, and after reading through many of the other reviews here, it’s probably best for us to stay clear and keep our waste services elsewhere.

regular bad service, Hard to connect to customer support.
At the point of signing up they were helpful and but after that everything changed. No one really cares about your issue. We have raised several issue about not been able to access the mybiffa but no response. The most important thing for them is timely payment which they are able to chase everyday without a blink.
Was promised a loyalty team member would contact us and its been 4 months since we last hear from them
Would advise to go somewhere else as this is not worth paying the price.

Several no pick ups in a short period though still charged. Until I escalated the charge a battle to get refunded for the charge. Takes so much time to sort things like this that none of us have! Disappointing to say the least
