So pleased with my new Bifolds
From initial contact with Darren, to the survey, dealing with Amy and then with the fantastic fitters, I can’t fault the attentive service. Love my new bi-folds and was pleased with price value would definitely recommend the Bifold Shop. We will probably be returning for some windows soon.

From start to finish the process was flawless, we spoke to Zac who helped us get a quote for the bifolds, and was quick at quoting any changes and additions so we could see how it would change the price.
Tina was fab helping us with the lead up to our delivery, helping us with any queries and helping us to book in installation within 3 weeks of having the guys measure up.
Big thanks to Paul and Rich also for the installation. We were shocked at the speed they were able to fit the doors without lacking on the quality being delivered. So happy with the bifolds - thanks all!
And not to forget to mention, the overall price was competitive and the best around, we will definitely be coming back!

I just had an unfortunate experience…
I just had an unfortunate experience with them.Their customer service was not only rude but also displayed incompetence. It was evident that they lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling, particularly in distinguishing between different types of bifolds. This level of service was disappointing and left me with a negative impression of the company.

Phil was very open within the first minute or two that he was new to the company and although couldn't answer your points there and then, was happy to research and come back to you; this wasn't an answer you were prepared to listen too.
We understand that interactions can sometimes be challenging, and we regret any inconvenience you may have encountered; although we completely refute that he was rude and displayed incomeptence on the phone; he was exceptionally polite to you, even when you mentioned how poor he was doing his job, and how he should 'go back to the books'.
We always appreciate feedback and will use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement within our team, but we find the above 1* review a complete misrepresentation of the actual conversation. A quick look through your previous reviews, and it seems no company has quite the level of service you're looking for.

I was very happy with the service…because the installers done more than they had to
I was very happy with the service throughout. The process was clear and precise. The survey was carried out with the builder who made the opening and then when the installation was carried out it was apparent that the builder was not very good at all. Fortunately the onsite engineers from Bifoldshop were capable of making good the poor work by the builders and they did so and the window was installed. They could have walked away but they chose to go above and beyond. I cannot say a bad thing about them. The door is good as well.

The service has been excellent from start to finish. The sales team guided us to get the product we wanted within our budget. Daria, in finance, kept us fully informed of the doors delivery and installation process. The installation team were on time and ensured that every detail fitted perfectly at the end tidied and cleaned up after themselves. The doors look fantastic!

Another good install from Bifoldshop. This time it was for patio/French doors in aluminium. The installation date was moved forward to a slot they had free which was great. They returned to install the restrictors which didn't arrive in time for the install. Very good service from start to finish. Installers were very neat and respectful of the property. The attention to detail was great too. Thanks again bifoldshop.

Very pleasant and professional service from the time I placed the order with Zack, through to discussing technical details, payment and arranging delivery with Fiona, they were both very helpful.
Also not forgetting the delivery driver’s, nothing was too much trouble for them.

5 stars all around
We did lots of research when choosing a company to provide our new window and bifold door. Zac provided a quote in a timely manner and was really quick at answering any questions I had. I was really impressed with the care and attention to detail he provided. Once we had decided to proceed, Tina looked after us and arranged the contract and installation which all went smoothly. Our installation took place within 4 weeks and the installers, Paul and Rich, were a delight to have around and completed the installation with care - they obviously knew what they were doing so we felt we were in very safe hands. We are delighted with the products and are very happy with our decision to choose Bifold Shop for this project.

This is the second time we have used…
This is the second time we have used the Bi-Fold shop on a project, the doors and windows are amazing quality, price and the service is faultless. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Last year someone sadly tried to break into our house through the bi-fold door but fortunately they didn't get in as the door is such good quality.
