Stole my money, then sarcastically thanked me.
Ordered food and paid £25.
Food never arrived, called them up and after 3 hours of waiting around and polite discussions back and forth they accused me of trying to scam them and refused to refund me my money.
So no dinner and had £25 stolen from me.
Icing on the cake was the employee on the phone sarcastically thanking me for my money. Very odd way to treat a regular customer who has had no issues in the past.
If you're going to order from here use Just Eat and avoid their actual website because WHEN they turn around and rob you, you have nowhere to go to complain/get a refund. Might have a chance with Just Eat.
