I have to say as usual I received 10/10 service at John Banks menswear the team are extremely helpful finding the right clothes for us larger people. I have to commend Jack Mills he was an exceptional young man who gave amazing service and nothing was too much trouble and really helped me find what I was looking for and gave really good advice. He also did a great job up selling me to a few more items. Jack is a credit to your business and it was great to see him on my visit. Look forward to him looking me again in such a professional and courteous manner.

Needed a suit been everywhere and found john banks on google so rang and spoke to nettle told me to come to shop and they would sort me out
Went over and within 30 minutes u had a new suit shirt tie
Nettle was excellent new exactly what I wanted and gave me 10% discount as well will definitely be using them again

I attended this store today and was provided great service from a gentleman called Jack. He went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed and supported to make sure my experience was smooth and hassle free. Jack is a great role model of what perfect customer service should be like.

Great product, great shipping

Love the site brought many items due to being a larger female I have to wear mens shirts and jackets for work purposes. The only issue I have it’s fits around the waist but long in the arms but never mind. I recommend anyone to use this company there local and delivery is top notch

We have shopped on line with John Banks for a number of years. Their customer service is exceptional, we can ring up and ask for their advice for example is a jacket a good fit for the size. The staff are always happy to advise whether the garment is a large fit and therefore we need to go down a size. Polite friendly staff exceptional customer service what more could we ask for

Wonderful service. Phoned the store for advice and the lady on the home was so helpful. I placed and order and delivery was speedy. I’ve placed more orders since. I would highly recommend these guys and they are now the only place I buy my shirts.
