This company is near scam

This company is near scam. The foto and the real is not quite the same. Also the way they dont explain how you need to put plastic small balls into the cover you will be out through hell because it will be all over the place. Also when you finish you realice is the worst quality product. Then the company is the worst to refund the money and to returned you have to pay 20 euros that info is not in the web. No body should be buying here there is better brands.

It’s a diy job

Stool not filled so have to fill myself. No instructions as suggested in FAQ. No puller on zips just a paper clip. Filling too much but tried to put it all in as I wasn’t aware it was so and then had to get it out again. Spent half an hour hoovering carpet to pick up all the spill. Not good news when one is disabled. Should have been a better warning that items have to be self filled rather than hiding amongst FAQ.

Ordered a bean bag and footstool 2…

Ordered a bean bag and footstool 2 weeks ago still nothing received. Had one email saying that the footstool is finally on its way but no idea about the chair. Very slow and no one replying

Excellent Customer Service

Had to return an order due to a mistake on my part, my return was dealt with by Alexandra “support guru”, the best customer service I’ve ever received, all correspondence answered in a clear and prompt manner making returning goods easy, would definitely use this company again .. 👏

Comfy for me, and my cats!

Ordered back in February, I got a Bean Bag Armchair with a footstool, and it is super comfy! My cat seems to have claimed the bag though and shes using it a lot and also loves it.

But either way, delivery was as expected, I had to put the filling in the bean bag itself which was harder than it sounds, but everything has been great and couldn't fault it!

Plastic paperclips instead of Zipper Puller...!!!

I ordered 2 "Gamers" and, on both of them, the zipper pullers were replaced by plastic paperclip...!!!
This is really outrageous...

On top, the beans are not sufficient and it's really a mess to have to fill them up ourselves....Why don't they shipped pre filled...???

You have to put the beans in yourself

You have to put the beans in yourself, disappointing considering the price.
It come with 8cft which I don't think its enough(including the foot stool..)
Hence it doesn't look anything like it dos on the website.
Ps: like the colour!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I NEVER GOT SO DISSAPOINTED.
THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS REALLY SLOW, DOESNT LOOK AT ALL LIKE IN THE WEB PAGE SMELLS TERRIBLE FOR THE CHEMICAL IN THE FILLING STUFF ITS SUPER EXPENSIVE YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO WASH IT THE COMPANY IS LISTED IN THE UK THEY NEVER REPLY MAILS TERRIBLE SERVICE

Highback Bean Bag ordered

Highback Bean Bag ordered. Forgot to order the footstool. Reordered a few days later and saw on the site that the sale had started. When contacted Big Bertha they refunded the difference of both the sale difference and the difference of order a separated footstool. What a service!
