I took out travel insurance with the…
I took out travel insurance with the firm in question. Haven't yet travelled or made a claim (one can only know for sure how an insurance company is when they have to settle a claim) and they're already asking for a review.
Here goes the whole truth, it was the cheapest quote and within just a few clicks I had purchased travel insurance, hence why the two stars. One for being the cheapest quote and second for the website's ease of use.
