I JUST WANT TO SAY THIS WAS A AWESOME BUS TOUR. EVERYONE I CAME ACROSS WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE MY TOUR GREAT. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYMORE. I DID THE HOP ON HOP OFF TOUR.

Had a good time on the tours. Also used the bus as a shuttle, on one of the days, to get up and down the strip. We got to go up in the Eiffel Tower replica with out ticket too.

Probably won't use it in Vegas again, but would recommend for the first timer.

Working on the tourism industry I can tell you this is one of the worst tours I have ever take. First they start the tour 30 min late in top of that we have three different transfers from bus to bus until they finally put my group and myself in a big bus that was already occupied so we have to stay on the bottom deck which is no fun for the limited view. Our guide very nice try to make the best of his work but his voice was almost gone, because of that he alternate with this other guide. In summary very disappointed experienced that could improve so much Vegas is such an amazing city to show people. Thanks

This bus tour was obviously overbooked. Buses were extremely crowed and always late. Waited at one stop for the 1/2 hour time and then was told it would be another 45 minutes. Decided to Uber the rest of the day so we could actually spend time seeing the city from more than a bus stop.

Hop on this thing if you want to spend your all your time in Vegas waiting on this stupid bus at stops. To make it even worse you will get to wait at a stop with no place to sit down.

This very well could be the reason some people never get off this "hop on, hop off" type of tour bus?

I'm trying to get my money back.

We did 2 bus tours of Las Vegas. The first one of the strip was great. The second one was not. We were told the bus was coming in 20 minutes so we waited and waited... every so often we would ask when it was coming and said soon. Soon ended up being over an hour. If we had been told it was going to be that long we would have just gone to get a drink and come back in an hour and it would not have been a big deal. The bus that came did not have a working microphone so the guide had to scream as best he could. They sent a truck with a new microphone and it worked for only a few minutes before it stopped working too. They then told us they were going to send another bus. It took 30 minutes for the bus to get there and by that time we needed to get back for our dinner reservations. Once we got back we literally had to run back to the hotel and were still late. Not once did anyone offer to refund or adjust any portion what we paid for the tour. They offered a ticket for the next day but we were leaving town. Would not use them ever again.

Super informative tour! It was a great way to show my elderly mother the city because she cannot walk around too much.

I received a recommendation from a friend who travels to Las Vegas frequently - #1 on her must list.
We purchased our tickets online ($50 for 2-day pass/person). When we arrived at our departure point, conveniently located at our hotel, the representative informed us we would have gotten a better deal purchasing our passes directly from him. He suggested that he can offer perks not offered online. (Next time, I guess.)
The ride was great, offered transportation from Downtown to the Strip and all points in between. Tour guides ranged in style, some more adept than others, as was true for the drivers as well. We tipped those we appreciated generously :) All staff were courteous and helpful.
Loved the open air seating on the top, fun sightseeing. A good value, added a lot to our vacation.
I am now looking forward to visiting other cities that offer this service!

I loved the night tour in Vegas with Gloria as our guide! She was funny and had us laughing from start to finish. I was lucky and sitting really close so I could hear everything. But the bad mic and a lot of wind made it difficult to hear everything.

On two different buses we had the most obnoxious tour guides. Loud, annoying, not telling us about what we were driving by but these nonstop stories that had nothing to do with our tour. I've done many of these tours in other cities and always found them to be interesting and informative. After these 2 hop ons, we hopped off and never got on another big bus even though I had paid over $100 for our 2 day tickets. The worst loud mouth guys I've ever come across!! One guy insulted people as they boarded by making rude comments about their hometown etc. So embarrasing!

Went the night of 3/22/2018. I think Carrie was our Guide. She did an excellent job. The driver was awesome, not jerking or wild stops. Great Tour of Las Vegas. Great night to see the city and the tour guide was really friendly and a great guide.

My day touring was exceptionally fantastic. The one tour guide, a lady, was knowledgeable and humorous, the guy, not so much. I highly recommend this bus tour!! I'll be back for sure, top deck!

Update: PayPal was finally able to get my refund from this company. I still say maybe try the one day pass and make sure it works for you before jumping into the deluxe pass like I did only to find it didn’t.

The app was not up to date (they no longer stop at Bally’s) and the bus drove by us at Caesar’s. The app bus tracking was NOT accurate. We were NEVER able to catch the bus, never used our deluxe 3 day tickets. When I finally got a number to call them they admitted to the problems but did not refund my money. I am currently fighting this terrible company. If they refund my money I will update my review. Beware.

Had a great time. Guides very knowledgeable. got off at the Mob Museum. Only thing was your guide on the trip back said "you all" way to much...

The tour tooks us to different parts of Las Vegas. The guides were knowledgeable & and answered any questions we had.

Owen was fantastic in the morning tour. He even shared a discount coupon for the buffet in th stratosphere. Buffet was acceptable for th price $23.00. Owen was very interesting and engaging.

One Sunday afternoon, we (after living in Las Vegas for 20 years and seeing the Big Bus pass us by on several occasions) decided to partake in the Downtown Las Vegas route of the Big Bus Tour. Our tourguide, Ralph, was a wealth of historic information about Las Vegas, and also quite a talented stand-up comedian!!!! It's like riding in a huge convertible with the top down surrounded by about 25 other people!!!! It's a good way to see a lot of the city in a little amount of time!!!! Loved it!

The staff of the BigBusTours are awesome and super friendly. Suzy and Chris did the night tour of Vegas. They were great and kept us entertained and informed. Thank you Suzy and Chris. Big Bruce did the day time tour of the strip. He was great, he asked everyone where we were from and had us laughing the whole tour. Oscar was at our pick up station at the Excalibur, he was very informative about the BigBusTours. He talked to us about the Grand Canyon tours. He answered all questions. I would advise everyone to do the tours. We have done the BigBusTours for two years. We use it as our transportation. We did the Deluxe package and it was worth every penny. Thank you all for making our Vegas trip so much better.
