I booked a 2-day tour directly with the operator. The first day was basically a bust since the weather was really bad. I wrote to customer service and asked them if they would give me a partial credi... See more

The bus although expensive for what it is, was pleasant enough although I wouldn't recommend getting on and off regularly as you will not find a seat on top. Sitting inside really sux, you don't see... See more

The stops were not announced
The stops were not announced, so we missed the stop for the Sacre Coeur and had to get a taxi back and there's no pick up from the Sacre Coeur. After 5pm there was no commentary on the bus. The buses were crowded after 5pm (February half term) and people were unable to get seats. The crossover from red to blue line is slow as you need to wait 20 minutes for the blue bus.
Disappointing as I've had good experiences with the Big Bus both in London and Barcelona.
We gave up and resorted to taxis which were much better.
stef
very nice trip... blue and red line are famous
we saw every monuments exept the champs élysée because gilets jaunes are there.
This is the second time we have used…
This is the second time we have used Big Bus Tours during a city break and once again have nothing but praise for them. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely use them again.
Verry comode to visit the city
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. We had just started our tour and was dropped off in the middle of a Yellow Vest protest. When we tried to get back on, the driver refused to let us on board. We had to take the metro back home. I understand that they were afraid to stop, but they refused a partial refund or even another day ticket for the next day. We paid over €100 and made two stops. We were told no refunds-read the fine print! Avoid at all costs. There are better tour buses.
Update-emailed the agency a week ago to try and fix the situation as they requested below. No response to my email. Again - poor customer service. Avoid.

Great to be able to see a lot of Paris, but....
Great to be able to see a lot of Paris, but buses where old and filthy. One of the drivers spent all the journey on the phone...and with the front door open so it was pretty cold...

What a crappy way to do business. Fine print doesn’t cut it.
Ordered tickets online, asked immediately to change order, told no. Received email with ‘tickets’ said VIEW AND PRINT TICKET. So I did, the printed ticket which had a scan box also had tiny tiny print at bottom left. I failed to read this print..... I couldn’t read that size print anyway.
So rather than buying TICKETS online , I had actually bought a piece of paper with tiny tiny instructions to bring that “ticket” to their office in Paris and THEN I would get the real tickets. So, the first museum we went to with the Ticket I printed that had the bar code box on it, we could not enter. Guess how long it takes to get to anywhere in Paris!

Better routes
The red route could be better including more sightseeings. The blue route has almost nothing...we thought it as a waste of time!

Big Bus Tours did a great job
Big Bus Tours did a great job! We had a lovely tour guide who's name I'm forgetting but she was originally from Argentina I believe and very knowledgeable of Paris and its histories. The bus came along frequently and it was clean with the drivers polite. We took the night time Christmas lights tour too and that was GREAT as the bus was heated - a very nice surprise!
Very cold!!!
Awesome!
Awesome tour to get acquainted with Paris and the live tour guide makes a huge difference to the experience allowing you to ask all the questions you need to before jumping off and experiencing the sites more closely. The two day option is best as there’s a lot to see and the river cruise is a must.
Robert’s commentary was first class
Very enjoyable and Robert who provided the commentary made the tour of Paris even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Big Bus and if you can, make sure you have Robert providing the commentary.
All the drivers and tour guides are…
All the drivers and tour guides are very helpful and friendly. The buses came very frequently; we never had to wait more than 15 minutes!
went by all the important sights
went by all the important sights. Commentary was good.
Great experience
Best tour bus in Paris. Lots of them available everywhere.
Protests

Any tour possible. Return money.
It was impossible to get the bus last Saturday 15th December during all the day. It was a gilets jeunes concentration.
I hope you retorn the money we paid as soon as possible.
I sent you email same Saturday evening to explain the situation.
Thanks.

a beautiful view
I loved the tour thanks to Paula that makes everything funny! Even the cold wheather seemed to fade away in front of the magical atmosphere of Paris! Thank you so much♥
Not at all happy.
We were really disappointed with the BigBus Paris experience we had. Firstly there was no email or notification on the app or any other area to state that busses wouldn't be running on the Saturday - the first place you found this out was when you got to a stop and found a piece of paper stuck to the board.
When we did eventually manage to do the tour on the Sunday, of the entire bus only FOUR headphone points worked. So the tour was pointless, we may as well have used a normal city bus. The bus driver was the most miserable grumpy man, he was rude and just made the experience feel very uncomfortable.
Not at all happy.
