Thieves and liars! I booked the wrong tickets and was advised that if I booked the correct tickets they would refund the tickets booked in error. The refund would take 20-25 days, no refund and no response to my requests for an update. The bus tour was very average and the information was outdated. There are probably better tours, don't waste your money.

A good 2day tour of the places to see in Paris. We saw Paris on the Seine on an early evening cruise.

Excellent way to view Paris and so easy. We booked online and were able to exchange our voucher for the bus tickets at the bus stop we wanted to get on at unlike some of the other sightseeing bus tours. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

VERY VERY FRIENDLY BUS DRIVERS AND STAFF.

The philosophy behind the Bus tours is good but I think more needs to be done to ensure passengers know exactly where to get the bus from. We had trouble the first day trying to find the appropriate stop for the red route and had to enquire several times before we found it.

Day two (blue route) was a nightmare we got off the bus to see Sacre Coeur and never managed to get back on the bus because we could not find the stop at all. We ended up walking to Gare du Nord and getting the metro back to the Louvre. We were very disappointed and we certainly did not get our money’s worth for Day two. The app was not very good either for showing the stops and only gave a very general over view where to get the buses

The bus stopped for 15 minutes at the first 3 stops. To allow more customers to buy tickets I can only assume. There was no driver change. This meant we spent nearly the first 4 stops with less than 10 minutes driving and 45 sitting still

If your time in Paris is limited this will help you see a lot of it. If you are visiting for longer I would recommend instead planning around visiting each spot you are interested in individually,

Excellent service

Great but expensive. Highly recommended if you want to see as much as you can of Paris quickly. That said, they do charge pretty steep prices.

We arrived at our start location & had to wait about 5 minutes for the bus to arrive - the app was useful to show the bus location.
The tour itself was great & the audio was entertaining & informative. We completed the red route in full which gave us a great overview of the city to get our bearings. As we went quite late in the day, we were told that we could also use the ticket for the blue route the following day - unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of this, but it was a lovely offer.
The heavens opened within a few minutes of being on board, but the guide had some poncho’s which were very welcome.
The bus however was filthy & there was rubbish everywhere, it would be nice if someone could keep an eye on this throughout the day.

Very disappointed service. The buses were due every 10-15 minutes but we gave over an hour waiting at l'opera in the morning and 40 to 50 minutes waiting at some stops as we had three small children with us and only one day to see the city this didn't happen. The lack of information from Big Bus was again very disappointing. drivers were helpful but after waiting so long at some of the stops when the bus finally showed up it was already full so we ended up walking a lot. We spent over 100euro on tickets but ended up taking taxis to get us around. When we made our way to the Big Bus office the morning after on our way to the airport looking for a refund to be told you need to go online and explain your case as there was a quie on the office all looking for refunds again this should have been made easy. Terrible service and will be advising people to not use your company. We were also told that some of the streets were closed on Monday but City Sightseeing tour buses were passing our every few minutes and at one stop there driver even stopped and let us onto his bus were we didn't have a pass for. Hats off the him as he could see we were distressed.
