Due to traffic in Shanghai, we found a lot of time was lost because bus rarely met it's schedule. Taxi are cheap and get to were you want to go quicker.

An OK first look at Shanghai. There is too long a wait between busses and between lines. Would like more stops with less walking to see attractions. Need more cross over between lines.

The Tour was Good to get an overview about the City, the sights and the opportunities in Shanghai. Unfortunately the headsets in the Bus does not work at all seats.

You get an impression and many information about the biggest tourist places in the city in a short time. The tour is nice to drive and you cannot do it better by yourself using a taxi and a tour guide. Hop on or off if you want to have a closer look or a longer stay at one point. I would recommend this tour to anybody visiting the city the first time to see as much as possible.

The speaker jacks did not work on the bus. The driver left before all of the people in our party could get on the bus. There was no tour for us it was just a bus ride and I will not recommend to friends. Very poor customer service

We contacted you a couple of weeks ago that we were unable to take the tour due to a storm and that the ship we were on was unable to come into port. We received a reply that you would refund us but we did not get a refund yet! We were able to take the bus in Hong kong and were pleased with your service and the tour and would recommend it to other customers.

We enjoyed using Big Bus Tours. It gave us an easy way to see Shanghai. Make good connections for the three loops and put us in a convenient locating for the attractions.
Would use it again.

The stops were not defined properly and was not intimated on time. The change over from different lines was not defined properly. The duration of wait was long and not as expected.

Have used the Bugbustours in Hong Kong before Shanghai. A great way to see the main attractions of a city. Staff were very helpful and polite. Only complaint was that my audio stopped halfway through the tour.

This is a great tour of the city. You can see everything in the city, including Aberdeen Fishing Village with a boat ride, beautiful Repulse Bay, which is a must see and transfer for the Ferry to Kowloon. Also including the tram to the famous Victoria Peak. Excellent tour, excellent price.

Both Hong Kong & Shanghai routes embrace a diverse Sightseeing Extravaganza .I would recommend the service to all .

Great and wonderful trip around wonderful Shanghai.

The guides are great as is the audio guide. Don't expect any help from the drivers though and don't end up at a final destination around lunchtime because no bus will show up around 1pm.

Badly organized. No info where to exchange e-vouchers. No timetable. Not all bus stops marked and bus drivers not aware of / don't want to stop at some of the bus stops indicated on maps. Misleading info on maps - e.g. "bus stop located at #576 opposite the omega watch shop" but the omega shop was at #436 and not at #576 + lack of ANY indication of bus stop at both of those point! Definitely the worst Big Bus I've ever used.

I enjoy a lot, the chofers, guides, well all the staff have an incredible service. Good roads, good tickets, good schedule of tours. I could suggest to include a step in the Museum of Science & Tecnology. Thanks fir thw excellent service, I must consider your company for future tours.

I have been on many Big Bus tours around the world and this was by far the worst. Many of the speaker ports did not work. There was not enough information available about bus stop locations . We twice tried to walk to the next stop and ended up having to catch a taxi. There is no estimate of the timetable - so if you did not get off at the stop you had to take pot luck. The map does not have enough information to correctly orient yourself.

Very bad location, very unpleasant staff, drivers not following the routes.
