Do not order anything from Faux Fur Source. The orders do not arrive and there is no way of contacting them. Seriously out of pocket thanks to these guys.

I bought a gilet and a jacket from faux fur source on Instagram. The gilet was cheap- looking not at all like the photo advertised and the jacket was light grey when I ordered dark grey. I will never use this company again. Cheap rubbish. They were Christmas presents

spent over £50 on a coat, never arrived and continuesly asked for refund, had no response. would not recommend this to anyone

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I brought something in August and never received my order and on October 28th they finally emailed me saying I would get a refund in 10-14 business days yet it’s November 21 and still not clothes no refund and I’ve been contacting them nonstop and no response. This is a scam and I lost 75$ for nothing.

This company is straight up odd! It charges over the top prices for a basic service with limited functionality! You can only add 500 products in their max plan which used to only allow 300, their apps are basic and the fact they say they are for small businesses is a joke seeing as they charge so much!

Also upon research I have discovered the ceo is a far left Marxist who believes police should be defunded and only black lives matter!

Horrible you cannot reach anyone no phone number I could not even google my shop I paid for it is imbarrising to not be able to send my customers to a so called shop I closed it the same day I want all my money back

Jeez, I've been reading the reviews here on Trustpilot about Big Cartel and none of them are actually about the actual platform, these complaints are about companies that use Big cartel as a web host. I've been with Big cartel for 6 years and I think they are great for a small startup business and someone who isn't very tech-savvy but still wants to create a website. They make it very easy for anyone even if you don't have any experience to create a website and I always loved the fact that the pricing tiers are upfront, with no hidden fees or add-ons. You get exactly what you pay for.
I did see one legit complaint about the platform itself and not a business using it, and the person stated that Big cartel didn't bring any traffic to their website. Just like all new websites, you'll have to do some self-marketing yourself, and eventually, people and Google will start to recognize you and your brand.

I've loved Big cartel for exactly what they are. It's not perfect, but it works. My one real critique of it is that, for as long as it's been up and running, they should have added a way for customers to leave reviews without the business having to use third-party add-ons.

That's about the worst thing I can say about the actual website itself. It really is great for a small start-up company, and if you don't mind using thrid-part add-ons, then I say go for it. Also, I do not work for the company, this is just my honest opinion about the website since I see that no one was actually leaving a real review of the web host itself.

Horrible platform. Would Not recommend you anyone.

Dollzpalace scammed me. Every time you try to look up the site it says they're not available. I ordered a pair of shoes from their advertisement on FB 3 months ago and NEVER received them. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Minnies fashion :-ordered of here on the 8th of feb and never received my item so I rang the bank got my money back and she decides to send item out ? Bad customer service do not order !!

DO NOT BUY FROM MINNIE'S FASHION X. Waited a month luckily I paid via PayPal and got my money back. Please do not fall into the trap. Got vague replies from the seller on Instagram but no package came and would not offer me a refund. Please please please I strongly urge you do not buy here!!!

Don’t order from Minnie’s Fashion!! I’ve payed (luckily through paypal) 3 weeks ago and never received my item. Messaged the seller on instagram and got a few very vague replies, whoever they are are totally useless. Don’t waste your time.

I started a free site on Bigcartel several months ago. I've had zero visitors and can't even bring up the site with a direct search.
They said it would take a while for Google to crawl the site but if I can't even get to the site it's a complete waste of time.

Ordered goods from minnies online - being fobbed off,now 4 weeks since I paid for an item. Still not recieved. Scammed. Will contact Trading Standards and the police.
This seller is on instagram and has now blocked me.

Christ, I wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering from Big Cartel. They run a business under "Old School Leeds" for retro Leeds United stuff. Advertise on Facebook a lot. I treated myself to a t-shirt. Nothing! 1st email after 3 weeks unanswered. 2nd email after a month unanswered. 3rd email unanswered. No tshirt. Nothing. Abject

Worst site iv ever used in my life. They dont even have a toll free number to call. Joke of a website

Bought a babybody on May30 and paid same day but it has never arrived... I live in Denmark and calculated some time before arrival...
But it is now Juli 22 and when i have written (several times) they clame that it is held up in customs.... NO i dont think it is held up.... And now they dont answer my mails.....

I bought a shirt from there not too long ago and I picked the wrong size and the shirt was way too big so of course I tried to return it in exchange for a smaller size and I am still trying. :\ Tried sending them an email asking to exchange the shirt but they keep asking for information about the delivery that we have given them a million times and now I am pretty sure that I am stuck with a huge shirt that WOULD be awesome if it was in my size and that I cannot wear.
