A really worthwhile customer event

A really worthwhile customer event. Great hospitality and engagement. The team are eminently knowledgeable, and we got a number of outstanding questions and issues resolved or workshopped to our satisfaction. It's clear that BigChange have a fantastic range of features beyond what our company is currently using, the main challenge is finding the time to utilise them all!

Very Informative

The basics done well, supports the advanced features

We use BigChange predominantly within our business to facilitate our transportation and planning functions.

The support from RoadCrew (BigChanges) support desk function is always spot on, an if they're unable to resolve the issue will let you know why.

Account management and interactions with us a customer is another plus for BigChange.

Transformed our business!

BigChange has transformed our business, we have been using the platform for 2 years and have benefitted enormously from it. The implementation/onboarding team was great in the initial stages which has followed on through to their ongoing support service. It’s a company that really looks after its clients and has their needs at the forefront, constantly developing and optimising the system. Highly recommend!
