I got phishin Mail from their Domain (@bigcontacts.com), impostering Spotify and asking for payment info. I thought, "maybe they got hacked", but i cant even find an email adress on their website. Im sure this is a fake scam site.

Inquired about their 19.99 a month CRM offer. Turns out after some investigation, through some very proactive friendly chat, that the pricing is for 1000 contacts and they insist you sign up for 2000 as a minimum. Making it $40 a month.
Why not just be transparent with your pricing model? People will buy it if they want to, but this deceptive technique is not going to help you sell your product.
By the time we reached check out for 5000 contacts, it was 99$ a month. We thought Copper was overpriced!
If I were rating on the actual program, I would have given them 5 stars. I love how the screen is laid out and wish others did it this way. However, the service is really bad. I would not even give them one star. I spent a week or more and could not get the help I needed. They respond, eventually, but do not actually deal with the question. I think it's too bad, because I loved the program. But I cannot use a program that I cannot get help on.
