The little girl who I bought this card for really enjoyed it.

Even though software is terribly out of date, provided me with excellent service.

The sound module worked great, and I love it. But I also ordered a video module which was a total headache. It didn't have visible buttons like the picture which the instructions didn't explain. Then once I figured out how to turn it on with tech support it wouldn't upload anything. Also the USB cable that came with it didn't fit right so I used my own. After going back for forever with tech support I decided to return it even though I was encouraged to keep trying to fix it, and I'm still waiting for my money back. I know it can take up to 6 weeks to get my money back, but I haven't even got an update on them receiving it or any other communication. I was told that I MAY receive a refund (I had to pay to return it). I'm a broke college student and had to buy a vid module from another company to get it in time for my friend's birthday, so I could really use that refund. Also it was $10 to ship back and $9 to ship originally, and with all the work I put in to try to fix their faulty product I feel like I should at least get a credit or something. It didn't work and now I'm out $19 shipping fees and quite the hassle. I'm glad the sound module works, but I will probably be shopping elsewhere from now on.

This was an amazing and beautifully custom designed card. Recording a personal message is simple and easy. When my girlfriend finished reading the card and listening to the custom message, I proposed. She said yes! Thanks guys

I took advantage of customizing the video lcd brochure! It was simple and easy to upload images, the product quality is top notch and delivery didn't take long given our current COVID-19 situation! Thanks again!

The card was excellent. Perfect. My grandparents loved it. They shipped it out fast, and followed all directions.

I loved the idea of the card. I was able to download an appropriate song onto it and was excitedly awaiting my daughters reaction. Unfortunately, when she received the card it did not play the music. Very disappointed. Perhaps it needed to be packaged a certain way for shipping but I didn’t know. I wouldn’t have minded the high price if it worked. Instead I feel I wasted $10

The product was really nice and definitely worth the price. No issues from me.
