An irresponsible company..There is no officer to talk to to take responsibility..After placing the order and paying the money, they say it is over..The money has not been returned yet..It has been 11 days..Take a risk if you want to buy the goods...They keep telling the same lie when they call.
The amount of stress you have to go through until delivery ITS NOT WORTH buying anything from BIGDEALS>LK in my order a part is missing and bigdeals have now refused to accept this fact due to technical reasons
I ordered two fans from bigdealk.lk. One unit was delivered and is working fine, but the other one was missing the cups that cover the motor area, and it has the wrong blade with incorrect screw holes. This is a very basic issue, and I have provided them with all the evidence needed to understand it. Anyone with even a little common sense should understand that I cannot fix this incorrect blade and cannot use the fan without the proper one. What is the use of my purchase as a consumer if the product cannot be used?
I contacted their support team, and they said they can’t do anything about it now because I didn’t check and report the issue immediately after delivery. How can I fix a fan within 48 hours and check whether the blade holes are correct and usable without confirmation from my electrician? They are now asking me to claim the warranty but haven’t mentioned from whom or where. Aren't they suppose to provide warranty for the products I brought from them?
They are not responding to my emails and seem to be trying to avoid the issue instead of helping me. I also asked them to confirm whether they sell brand-new products or reconditioned / used ones, but there has been no response to that either.
Please be mindful when purchasing anything from them in the future.
I have bought a TV with three years warranty. However TV's display given problems after 7 months and I contacted big deals then they gave me seller's service contact then I contacted them and returned the TV to the place they gave me in Dehiwala. So far no update what happened to my TV or repair status. They just buying time and not giving the exact feedback. Such a incident I never came across. Better go ahead with Damro, Singer.
I bought a TV from BigDeals.lk and the speaker stopped working after a short time. When we tried to get help under warranty, they just kept passing us around instead of giving proper support. The service was worse than dealing with a government office.
I’ve had much better experiences with Wasi.com, Damro, and Daraz. I’ll never buy from BigDeals.lk again and will tell others not to either.

I have ordered a wrist watch to give as a gift. Because of no information after 5 days I called and they said will receive in 2days. Then just after few minutes got a email and a text message telling they have rejected the order and repay to proceed new one. After 5,6 calls promised to send before the day I need. Birthday party was gone not received the item to give gift.very disappointed

I ordered an induction cooker and a rice cooker , made full payment and then an email was sent to me stating the items were out of stock. I have written them an email and have yet to receive a reply. I have made a mistake in not reading the reviews before purchasing . Is this a legit online store ? I want to complaint regarding their service and no response from them. I advise all those potential customers to be aware of this online store. Their phone does not go through as well. I am alerting my bank regarding this and will definitely warn all others not to deal with this store anymore.

"I placed an order (BIG0034405) online on December 27, 2024, and made full payment. The order went through successfully, and I promptly received a confirmation email. However, a few days later, I received another email stating that the product was out of stock and that a refund would be processed within three working days. It's been several days, and I'm still waiting for my refund. This experience has been disappointing—better to avoid purchasing from such irresponsible sellers. They haven’t responded to any of my emails yet."

After the order was confirmed, there was no response to any of my calls or emails, and I received no updates about the delivery status. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. Be aware they provide no support whatsoever and leave customers completely in the dark. I cannot recommend their services
