Excellent customer service and great prizes, highly recommend this company!

I’ve entered a few competitions through Big Dog Competitions now and honestly had a really positive experience every time. The website is easy to use, payments are straightforward, and there’s always a great variety of prizes available. What stood out most to me was how transparent everything feels — the draws are clearly explained and winners are regularly announced, which gives real confidence in the process.

I’ve really enjoyed using Big Dog competitions as a platform to take part in different competitions. The website is simple, clear, and easy to use, which makes entering stress free. Any issues are dealt with quickly too; for example, when I didn’t know how to find my ticket number, the team responded straight away and were really supportive. A great competition website with brilliant customer service. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next and will do another review then as I always like to do comparisons over time. But a solid start for anyone looking for something different and fun.

Highly recommend. The only competition site i have ever won on and on their site you can see what has been credited or debited from your wallet. They are lovely people and give people the chance to win amazing prizes for little cost... I have won a few amazing gifts from just my first £5 free site credit i won on my first free to enter competition. I appreciate the chances and you guys keeping it real.
