Misleading return policy
I made the mistake of ordering a left handed set of golfclubs instead of right. I contacted them the day they arrived...product STILL in the box. They would not allow me to exchange them for the correct set. I was even willing to pay for the shipping cost to send the others back. Now i am out almost $300. Return policy says they do returns for wrong product and damaged product. I ordered the wrong product.

I found a power tool 10% cheaper with free shipping. I was skeptical but I went for it. I got a little nervous when I went back and read the order cancellation policy, but I received the item yesterday and am very pleased. Can't wait to use it! I saved $30 and received it promptly

Was searching for a pull behind yard sweeper for our lawn care business and they were 64.00 cheaper than anyone else plus free shipping. Was a little skeptical with it being so much cheaper but it arrived in 3 days in perfect condition.

Pleased with purchase
I was skeptical, especially after my bank declined to pay and sent me an alert to confirm that I purchased something from Easy Easy Mart (not Big Easy). I confirmed 'yes' and continued with the purchase, still a bit worried. However, my Ninja blender arrived quickly and works great. Looks brand new. Plus it was $30 less than Amazon. The mailing label was not correct, though. Had some person's name on it that I did not know, but had my address. FedEx still delivered it with no issues. The return address was Wayfair warehouse, or something similar, out of Maryland, I think.

I ordered and initially my bank warned me that it looked like a suspicious company, I approved the charge and hoped it was ok.
The item arrived a little more than a week later in great condition for less than I could get it anywhere else.
There was shipping notification and I got nervous and contacted customer service but the product arrived that day.

Had some concern about ordering from BigEasyMart - was at Homedepot and the item was 249 so I came home and searched for this item, found it at BigEasyMart for 216! Thought it was too good to be true, but ordered it anyway. Received it today from Homedepot with free shipping. Saved me about $35 and received it in about 5 days!!!
