Had absolutely dreadful food

Had absolutely dreadful food late and inedible
Big foodie did nothing to resolve the issue despite the order being through them and said I needed to talk to the resultant myself
The restaurant reviews on big foodie bore no resemblance to the actual on line reviews which were consistent with my experience
Very poor service will never use big foodie again I suggest avoiding this app

RIP OFF BEWARE

I ordered a Chinese from our usual takeaway online through Big foodie.
Brilliant at first then few weeks later price went up online with Big foodie but staid the same price if ordered direct with the Chinese in total what we normally ordered was £8 more ordering through Big foodie, NEVER AGAIN

Now money taken out my account and will have to wait a week for a refund
Totally disgusting

Accepted my order took the money, 2hrs later tracking said, still cooking
Then suddenly it said order cancelled,
Rang them and the woman said we have no drivers, we'll they would have known that when I placed my order, so why accept it in the first place
Got to wait 3 to 5days for a refund,
Only to be told today by the Foodhub, its there policy, and I will recieve the refund on July 18th
7 DAYS IT WILL BE BY THEN
not good enough, will not use these again
Have me a £5 voucher to compensate, but won't be using it
I will stick with Just Eat in future

The app is clunky totally messed up…

The app is clunky totally messed up order tonight! There are two options, one is delivery ASAP and the other has a selection times. I picked the earliest time in the list the app for some reason puts (ASAP) after…. As that was the time I wanted in 1 and a bit hours time. But the food arrived after 30mins and BigFoodie decided to ring me to argue that I’d picked asap. My confirmation email clearly stated “pre order for 2020”.

I was with food hub for a .onth before…

I was with food hub for a .onth before I fell out with them. I got 2 orders over that time and they were both from Bournemouth.
The trouble was I am situated in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and without a helicopter!

Big foodie website is nightmare to use

Ordering on the big foodie website was a nightmare and rarely is straightforward. It kept going round in circles, every step was difficult.
I use it because I know the local takeaways on it are very good.

special event

special event, food ordered for 8pm after we finished work. Arrived at 6.30pm despite stating 8 pm. How do we keep hot for 1.5 hours. Total waste of money, was very upset. Never again and we order a lot from here, probably every week. Sad, mad, sad!!

waiting time

placed our order at 17.25 on line told on screen it would be with us no later than 18.25 this time came and went and when i refreshed and asked where is my order the reply was it would be with you at 18.25 it was 1900 at this time! we rand the takeaway at 19.11 she asked our details and confirmed it was on route and would be with us in a couple of minutes, it arrived just under 2 hours later at 19.20 a 15minute walk away!

Almost impossible to enter my address…

Almost impossible to enter my address correctly, and the first time I tried I got both my Cashback Card and Debit Card blocked for having the wrong address. This time I managed it, but every time I deleted or inserted a character, the cursor was repositioned at the end of the field.

Absolutely appaling website!
