Fast delivery, quicker than expected if I’m being honest. Quality goods and decent price.

Great Products , Good service !

I placed an order for four identical items, but only one was delivered in the initial shipment. I reached out to Big Game Hunters via Facebook Messenger to inquire about the missing items. They informed me that all four were supposed to be delivered together, but for some reason only one was sent. They assured me that the remaining three would be resent. However, in the second delivery, I received just one more item—leaving me still two short. I’m unsure why fulfilling a straightforward order has proven to be so difficult for this company.

I bought a mud kitchen in December but found an alternative before it arrived so I sent it straight back (box was completely unopened) and returned straight away using Evri and paid for this return. They took a month to confirm they received it back to the warehouse. I had to chase for another month for my refund. They said it was refunded on 17th February and to this day I have never received it. All they do is tell me to check my bank, I have checked my bank!! And I’ve called my bank 4 times. They have not refunded me, complete liars and fraudsters. Avoid!

We recently purchased an order of multiple garden/lawn games for our wedding. After reading some of the reviews on here we were skeptical about placing an order. However, we went ahead and I must say we are so impressed. The quality of the games is very good and the delivery was super duper fast.

I spent nearly £400 on an adjustable basketball hoop, the hoop back board has smashed, from being hit with a basketball which in itself is absolutely ridiculous, the have told me it’s due to it being an outside hoop weather can cause this (it’s made to be outside) and are not willing to replace any parts. I can buy a new backboard for £170 I’ve asked repeatedly for some discount on this as I shouldn’t be having to buy it in the first place and have just been ignored. Don’t waste your money.

We have a Skyhigh trampoline the netting broke and the company does not have replacement netting effectively meaning the trampoline has to be disposed of. Really not good for the environment nor the wallet.

Firstly, they delivered the wrong item and proceeded to try and tell me that I did in fact order it - despite me getting emails to confirm my original purchase.

Now they will not refund me my money until I arrange for their item to be returned to them! It's not responsibility to do this and arrange a courier or such and I don't have the time.

These people are sharp traders - Do not deal with them

Having bought a BEE-BALL Pro Bound ZY-015 Full NBA Size 10ft Adjustable Basketball hoop for my son’s Christmas present in 2023, by November 2024 the supporting rod had rusted and broken. It had 10 months of use once erected. By the time I had contacted them it was just out of the warranty. I was happy to pay for a replacement part. I was told that they could not send me a replacement part. I then enquired who their manufacturer was so I could contact the manufacturer directly and get a part from them (which I thought was a reasonable request.) I was happy to wait or pay extra for the shipping from China. They repeatedly refused to give me this information and told me there was nothing they could do. I now have 8ft of metal with rusted screws lying in my garden. On closer inspection other parts of the basketball stand are also rusting away. This is a poor quality product with no recourse from a company that does not uphold the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you want to avoid having a pile of rusted metal lying in your garden after a short period of time then do not buy. Incredibly frustrating and a total waste of money.

Awful service, I paid and placed an order and part of the order is missing so, they advised i would have the order the next day and provided tracking details. DHL were expecting the parcel but never received it.
The company are not interested and are blaming DHL, clearly it isn’t them.
The company take your money and don’t provide the goods paid for. This needs to be escalated further as they are stealing your money.
I have tried to contact the company again and they just don’t respond. There is going to be a child with a missing Christmas present.

We've purchased a couple of items from Big Game Hunters but most notably, their Redwood Mansion.

It's visually a lovely piece but for the price you'd expect it to be structurally sound. We've had it a month and have already contacted them twice - first time due to the door splitting apart becoming a hazard for our little one, and the second time due to the slats on the back coming lose since they're only stapled.

You won't be able to reliably move this piece once assembled. We tried to shuffle it just a small distance to make space for other outdoor pieces we had bought, and this caused the back of it to fall apart.

For the cost, you'd expect much much more.

In regard to support, our experience has been subpar. Most recently we tried to raise our concerns through their LiveChat - despite daily follow-ups, nobody responded at all. They don't have a contact number, so we ended up trying over social media instead.

Not a great experience at all for a company that sells products at premium prices!

Great products, competitive prices and a far speedier delivery than I was expecting. My three purchases (placed outdoors) are still in great quality. Brilliant service all round.

This is not a good company to do business with. Very unhelpful staff and poor policies. I had issues with the returns label initially provided and after many trips to Evri shops and emails it turns out they do not actually provide free returns. It wasn’t clear and in this day and age is ridiculous so beware as if you can’t keep the item for whatever reason you will have to pay a fortune to send back and receive very slow, curt and unhelpful responses. There are plenty of companies out there that have excellent customer services and decent returns policies.

Basketball hoop rusted and fell apart within 2 months (bought for Xmas). Tried to email and it bounces back as undelivered, even though I'm replying to the original order email sales@biggamehunters

Used contact form but no reply. No phone number to use. Will start charge back if I don't hear from them soon. Don't know how else to contact them.

Although the delivery firm they used was poor (DHL). The customer service was excellent. The parcel arrived late (although posted on time by company) and so the company sent us out a replacement straightaway and also refunded us the total cost! The product Boules were well packaged and top quality. Fully recommend company just not the delivery company they use.

I ordered a playhouse for my nieces Birthday present with the promise to help build it.
From ordering to delivery it was excellent, I thought it would take longer than it did.
Not being a great diy enthusiast I was dreading the promised build, but it went together really easy with great instructions.
The nieces love it and we are struggling to get them out of it as they want to move in.

A beautiful playhouse that my 4 year old daughter one absolutely loves. Very good quality and everything is labelled for an easier set up. It definitely took longer than I anticipated to put together but it was fun father/daughter bonding time & it was worth it. We added lots of little touches with lights, curtains and window boxes too!
It's worth every penny and the delivery came much sooner than I expected! Fantastic customer service and an all round great customer experience!

Getting the Basketball Hoop from Big Game Hunters was the best choice ever. The kids love it.
It is super sturdy and you can easily move it around the yard. It is easy to put together. Solid and it will last a very long time. We also like the option of adjustable and variable height feature that comes with it.

I recently purchased the Sand Sailer Sandpit and I must say it has been a fantastic addition to our outdoor play area. As a parent, I'm always on the lookout for toys that encourage imaginative play and keep my children entertained for hours, and this sandpit has exceeded my expectations. It's really easy to assemble and surprisingly quite spacious. My kids absolutely love it.
