Not worth it

On the internet all the cookies look gooey inside and soft. I bought the kinder bueno and dubai chocolate at the gold coast viral food festival and someone definitely messed up. I dont know if the more popular they have become if the quality has gone down but they were absolutely not worth the price and were honestly kind of bad. As opposed to the photos on their instagram, both cookies had hardly any filling. They were extremely dry all the way through. They didnt taste fresh at all and I ate it a few hours after buying. For the price the quality control should be a lot better. They were far from chewy or soft inside.

Shipping Cost is a big Meh!

This website is 100% legit and their cookies & brownies are great but come on... $25 for 4 cookies and $24 for delivery.
I wanted to gift it to a friend living in the Northern Beaches, but the shipping is cost prohibitive, I'd rather buy flowers for $50.
Also it gives you the shipping cost at the very end of the process so that waste of time could be avoided really...

Advice to the business:
1. Reduce shipping cost to gain customer base
2. Improve the UI, and embed a delivery cost estimation based on postal code at the beginning of the process. If I didn't waste 5 minutes on this I wouldn't have a left a poor review. Hopefully you'll find this feedback constructive. Cheers.
