However, I was reimbursed 2.7 USDC and 1.37 USDT in a single day, which totals 4.07 USD. Accordingly, the total loss would have had to be around 58 USD—far from 200 USD. You also have to be lucky about who you get in chat. Some are helpful and solution-oriented, while others don’t address the issues and try to fob customers off with excuses.

I understand that the casino doesn’t issue bonuses on demand. What isn’t okay, however, is that an active player at the 3rd VIP level is suddenly denied bonuses that they’re entitled to according to the website and that were granted in the past.

This casino told me that my account has flagged as a duplicate account and asked me to do several verification steps to process my withdrawal which was 3000€.
I immidiately send them the documents including a video of myself and other stuff.
After I verified myself it thought I was able to withdraw my winnings (as promised to me when I verified myself I can withdraw) and then they just confiscated my complete winnings.

I received no explanation, the casino did not answered my emails and no proof has been send from the casino!

They requested proofs from me of the successful sending of the email.
I have a written confirmation from my email provider web.de that my email regarding my self exclusion has been correctly send. I have several logs, header data and so on which fully proofs that there was no error on my side.

I provided every file and data and hoped for a resolution from the casino.
But now they stopped responding and never wanted to resolve my case.
