No Order, No Response — Avoid This Site

I placed an order with Biggmans and never received my items. I contacted customer service multiple times — email, WhatsApp, phone — and got no real response or support. The phone number doesn’t work, the WhatsApp group is silent, and the Instagram/TikTok pages look active but clearly aren’t being used to assist customers.

Apple Cash won’t refund me because the merchant won’t respond or cooperate. At this point, it’s clear this is either a scam site or a company that has no business taking people’s money.

Avoid ordering from Biggmans — it’s not worth the stress.

You’re style of clothing is very different and unique hope to buy more of your clothes hopefully you’re shipping soon thanks

Order arrived in a timely manner, items look good, and I had good communication with the staff. I'd recommend anyone interested to give them a try!

Should never bill a customer and not send the product
Always Mail the order at the scheduled time

Finally found a website that caters to the big and tall and it’s also designer I’ll b back wanna see how my first order turns out

I ordered 3 shirts and the quality and look of the shirts are not as brilliant as described in the picture on their website , then it took 60 days to receive them , I would advise anyone thinking about this website to disregard them and buy clothes made in the U.S.

It would be nice to send a questionnaire after receiving the product no product was delivered at this point.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!! I placed an order and received a notification that I should receive my package in 7-10 business days. After 7 days there was no info on the tracking so I tried contacting customer service and was told I needed to put a credit call on file to take to a customer rep!!!!! Needless to say I didn’t do that. I waited a few days and nothing so I looked of an email and sent a message and they replied right away now at this point I’m over 2 weeks in. I was told that my order would ship in 8 business days “sorry for the little delay” and that was it! I would not recommend to anyone

I finally got my order... kinda mixed feelings

I placed my order with Biggmans on April 30 and didn’t receive it until June 19. Honestly, after reading other reviews I figured I was just out of luck and had lost my money. So the good news is it’s not a scam, but it’s definitely not fast either.

The quality of the clothes is just okay, not terrible but not amazing. Sizing was actually pretty accurate, so no complaints there. If you’re thinking of ordering, I’d say only do it if you’re not in a rush and can wait a while. Otherwise, probably look somewhere else.

Bottom line: I did get my stuff, but the experience was slow and a little shaky.

Everything is ok ship a little longer but I'm from Europe

I received two shirts as gifts. The size chart was right on! So, right out of the package the fit was great for my 7x frame! The fabric is lightweight and breathable - perfect for warmer climates. I have no concerns and would definitely order again from this company.
