Never disappointed in the product but sad I never get the chance to try the sweet potato pasta. It’s so popular and out of stock when I try to order. Otherwise big green is awesome.thank you for giving alternative choices for me being lectin and gluten free.

millet and sorghum pastas for an anti inflammatory diet
I’ve been on a lectin free diet for about 8 years, and finding the millet and sorghum pastas by this brand has saved me. Pasta is my FAVORITE food, and being able to have an alternative (that tastes so good) and is made out of ingredients I can eat is amazing. Also love that there’s no egg used as a binder, since I’m allergic.
Everything is perfect - from the taste to the texture. Can’t recommend enough!!

I have been using another brand of buckwheat spaghetti noodles. I ordered from this company and really enjoy the taste of their products. I will order again.

Great tasting sweet or savory
The shipment was delayed a few days but it was worth the wait. By following instructions I had received from someone recommending foxtail millet for congee it turned out great. 1 cup millet - Rinse 4-5 times, soak 6 hours then simmer in 6 cups water uncovered 30 minutes. I tried it as a sweet dish and as a savory one and both tasted great. You can make a big pot and refrigerate and it heats up nicely.

Delish Finally a great pasta for your gut!
