after finding an item missing in my order e-mailing customer services on 4 separate occasions over the past month, they have still not responded. very disappointing and wont be using this company again.
I bought products since the 12th November 2025 and till now no update about shipment. Meanwhile they debited my card. Can you update me please.
A big thank you to you, Big Green Smile, for being able to ship my favourite products more than 3000 miles away whilst I was abroad and couldn't get them here. Everything arrived in perfect condition!
I see some customers are not happy with the delivery time lately, but this is because they have moved to a different warehouse, which has caused delays, as they have made public on their website.
Same as everyone else, whilst I was waiting for my parcels, I emailed the customer service email address to find out if something was wrong with my order. They have replied quickly, friendly, apologised for the delay and confirmed that they are working as fast as they can to fulfil all the orders, which they did.

Very disappointed. I’m still waiting for an update on my order made a month ago. I have no estimate on when it will be delivered despite three emails querying this. Apparently they are:
“currently taking a little longer than usual to process and dispatch orders while we settle into our new warehouse. Green November has also been especially busy,”
Hugely disappointed. Ive used Big Green Smile several times in the past and been impressed. However I am still waiting on an order placed on 2nd November. Getting no response from customer service by email or phone. Payment taken and no idea if/when I will receive my order.

Where is my order ?!! 3 weeks and waiting. I wish I had read these reviews first. You don’t answer me.
The second time I ordered with them (first time was fine) and spent £43. I received nothing. Emailed them to be told we are moving warehouses and expect to deliver after 2 weeks. It’s now 18 days and still nothing. They now ignore my emails. I obviously ordered laundry detergent as I needed it now- not in 2 weeks anyway ! It’s not my fault they moved warehouses and didn’t state that originally. I have had to open a bank dispute as they ignore me.
I placed an order on 4th November and am currently still waiting for notification of delivery on 18th. Really not good enough. Albeit they are moving to a larger warehouse facility which is causing delays, but this is a basic error of logistics. Continuity of supply is king to customers new and old, and as I have not used their services previously, I can only express my extreme disappointment.
Great products!... But don't expect a reply if you ever try to contact them. :/
I’ve previously had good experiences, but this latest order has been unacceptable. I placed my order a week ago and have received no updates, even though the company states they dispatch the same or next day. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. If there is no response within the next week, I will buy the product elsewhere and pursue a chargeback through my bank.
What a disappointment my experience has been. I would have given you the lowest (one star), but as the customer service agent refunded me with the delivery costs I have been generous and given you 2 stars. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and after a week I hadn't heard anything from you (strange as I had placed several orders online that day and all of the other companies had delivered my goods). I took a look at the order online and then I saw that one of my goods said 'BackOrder'. This was very surprising and the first I had heard about it.... why did you not contact me and tell me this without me having to chase it? My only choice was to email BGS and tell them, I eventually got a reply and they offered me a refund or to change the flavour of my lip balm. I settled on the change of flavour and thought that was it and they would be finally sending my order. Oh no..... another day later and I got an email to say that the toothpaste I had ordered was out of stock. Grrrrrrrr... OK I agreed for a refund and just wanted my goods sent as a couple of the items were urgently required. In hindsight I should have cancelled the whole order and gone elsewhere. Anyhow fast forward another week and I am still waiting for my order. Since the 8th November DHL have it as out for delivery but no other notification has been received. I really wanted things to be different so I could leave a good review but I just can't honestly recommend using this company... to make things worse there is NO telephone number to contact them on so you have to wait for emails, which just delays problems even more. I will update this review once I have actually received the goods I ordered!
absolutely horrible customer service. Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Estimated delivery date passed 2 weeks ago. wrote to customer service twice - didn't get any reply. the next will be to contact my bank and report this business....won't be ordering from the ever again
Order placed on 3rd November. No email confirmation, no tracking number. Contacted on 7th via email, still no response.
When I ordered three weeks ago, there was no mention of possible delays due to a warehouse move. One week ago I receive an apology for the delay, which they knew would happen, and reassurance that the delivery will be imminently despatched. I emailed them earlier this week to request an update as I still haven't received a tracking number. No response from their customer service staff. Extremely disapointing from a company that is B Corp and proclaims that customers come first on its website.

Wish I had read the reviews previously I would not have been taken by the cheap price. My advice spend a bit more to actually receive customer service. Hoping to receive my product at some point... I will update via further negative reviews if not.
Ordered on 27 October, charged to my card on 28 October. To date, 5 November, no delivery and my order shows as still at warehouse. I have called during the advertised time / nobody answered the phone. Have left a voicemail message, no call back. I have sent an email, no reply other than the automated acknowledgment. Yes, you had a change in warehousing but you did not inform of that before I placed my order. Standard confirmation of order email with no info. Only when I searched on your website did I see that you would dispatch from 1st November onwards. Nothing happened with my order since then and you are not responding. But then, you have my money. Perhaps you don’t care about your customers.
This company takes an age to ship goods. I won't be able to use them in the future. I've purchased a lot of bulk items from them but the latest delivery still hasn't been shipped after 7 days despite the items being shown as in stock.
I still haven't received my parcel. I know you guys take a week or so to delver but 15 days and counting is ridiculous
