Products are great at a really good price. I have eczema prone skin and the Balmonds products seem to suit it. I didn't realise they were shipping from Belgium but they came pretty quickly and no plastic packaging.

I’m writing regarding my recent orders, which I have not yet received. I want to clarify that the issue isn’t with your dispatch — it seems to be with the courier, DHL.
The first time, I was at home but the driver didn’t ring the bell. The second time, I wasn’t at home, but my neighbour was aware of the expected delivery, and the courier didn’t make any effort to leave the parcel with them.
I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and possibly arrange an alternative delivery option or courier, as DHL’s service has been unreliable in my experience.
