I was sorry to hear you hadn't received your parcel and for the inconvenience it’s caused.
It's a shame that this issue has only just been brought to my attention, as I would have liked the opportunity to resolve it sooner.
Though I must admit, I’m confused as to why you didn't refer this directly back to myself in the first instance.
I have now checked with UPS and they claim to have delivered the parcel on the 5th of October at 11.30 am (but that’s a matter I shall now be pursuing myself).
However I would very much like to rectify this as soon as possible as we take pride in our customer service.
I notice your address is actually a hotel, ( is that correct ) ?
If so, do you have the mail delivered directly to yourself, or is it dropped off at reception? (are you a member of staff or a guest)?
I only ask this, because I was wondering whether or not I should put F.A.O before your name.
That is of course, if you’d still like me to re-send your order, only this time I will be sending it via Royal Mail.
Or would you now rather have a refund?
Can you please let me know your decision a.s.a.p.
