Paid extra for next day service. It didn’t turn up next day but 3 working days later.

I emailed them 3 times and no response.

I won’t be using this company again

Our sincerest apologies for not replying to you sooner. We want every single customer to have a great experience with us and it’s clear that yours wasn’t. And for that we are very sorry.

I wanted to clarify why your order arrived when it did. As we are an eco company, we make all items to order to minimise landfill waste. On our website in our FAQ and About Us sections it states that it can take up to 5 working days to fulfil your order, then it’s posted to you via the method you choose. I’m sorry if that was not clear when you made your purchase.

Thank you buying with us and helping vulnerable children. We understand that you were disappointed and have sent you a private email.
