Great service
Great service. I had problems ordering online so emailed and asked what I was doing wrong. They replied straight away and it was sorted. Beads arrived quickly and were packaged nicely. The heart beads are so pretty.

Lovely coloured jump rings
These lovely coloured jump rings are beautiful. I haven’t used them yet but am hoping to make some nice bracelets for Christmas presents this year. Very happy with my purchase.

Hi Justine. Because of the low price of the items we sell, we offer two shipping options at checkout for international orders which are clearly marked as "untracked" which is great value at £1.79 but a slower service and another marked as "tracked expedited" which is £5.79. The untracked service which you chose, as the name suggests, does not have a tracking number.
Having said all this, I would certainly have expected your item to have arrived by now, so I have refunded your order. It desn't appear we've had any contact from you, but we would have gladly assisted if you had contacted us at hello@biglittle.store.
