Fantastic company! Great customer service with very prompt replies to queries, fast and reliable delivery and a beautiful, quality bed for my little boy. I was so let down by a big name brand who messed me about for 3 months and didn't communicate with me, or deliver my order, but within 2 weeks of ordering from Bigmickey, my bed arrived and I had a lot of communication from them. The delivery man phoned an hour ahead as promised, and the value for money is outstanding. One very happy little boy and Mummy - thank you!

I bought 4 mattresses from www.bigmickey.ie in Longford as we were moving in to our new house in Dublin. All went well with deliver which was on time but the next day we realised that we had made a mistake (our fault) and ordered one the wrong size. Any way Bigmickey.ie came back 2 days later and replaced it at no extra cost. We only had to ask them once not like other companies that we dealt with that we had to beg to deliver our purchases.
