Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, full cage with my stuff stuck in the lift. When I rang the number for emergency the person started to swear at me and said that he is in Tesco doing his shoping and don't give a s.....! He started swear at his bosses as well, definitely wasn't happy with his duties! I asked him to speak with his manager and he said I am the manager the real manager is on holiday! When I asked why he talked like that and what is this customer service he said don't give a s.... for the customer service! Unbelievable second week the lift is broken avoid that storage!

first Id like to say thankyou to Carol on the front desk,she is a credit to this company. I've never used storage before and the help and advise she gave was brilliant,even down to recommending a man with a man.I used this company whilst i moved house,it seems very busy here but nothing was to much trouble bless her she was run off her feet.I will definitely use this storage again in the future if needed,great experience and great cuppa, thanks again carol x

Dennis and all the staff are really helpful and friendly and we appreciated the monthly reminder by phone to renew our storage. The 24 hour access is great and a decent price too. But I really want to express our appreciation for Dennis, who was always so helpful and friendly, he is an absolute gem of a guy and made it such a pleasure using Big Padlock. Thanks 🙏
