As other review has stated, VAT and duties not included. There is no warning or information provided. It is now stuck at customs asking me to over £150 for it to be delivered. This is ridiculously poor practice. I often import things from the EU, all other companies seem to have been able to get this sorted.

Ordered from the UK, the cart clearly states Tax included, when it is not, I had to pay £50.99 on a £150 purchase
Customer service useless, it should clearly state that tax or customs charges maybe be added if ordering from outside the EU it does not
Every other company I deal with from Europe includes VAT and any charges
Utter total sham company
You should be ashamed
Hiding behind Brexit 5 years after the event is just wrong
Makes the product very expensive
Plus extremely long delivery times ( more than 2 weeks )

Since I posted this review I have now been contacted and a refund issued, strange as they initially told me “ it’s your responsibility to let your countries tax’s “ then sent me a screen shot of what I should have paid which was £170 less the vat and said it was a technical error
Anyhow I appreciate the gesture

I really love the brand. I have the Yeti, Two big wales and a small wale. The quality is high, the kids are really happy, and it remind us to preserv and care of our oceans !
