I just want to say that Alexison was a true healer. I did back to back five hour flights in two days and my hip cluster just froze. He worked through the entire process and after a day of stretching and more healing, I am perfectly fine. He really knows his stuff and came to my hotel room the same day

The fact that Michael is a physical therapist and a massage therapist is a huge Plus!!!! That was easy to use and I was happy with it and some some are not. I would be glad to get another massage for Michael anytime is recommend him highly!

I had booked a massage for my husband for his bday. The therapist came in and I asked her kindly to please remove her shoes. Keep in mind I’m carrying my 4 month old baby. I’m Asian and it’s very common to remove shoes inside a home. With attitude she looks at me then goes ok. Firsts she walked all the way into my living room with shoes, put down her equipment and then can back to the door and removed her shoes. Whatever weird but ok. Then she dumps her backpack on my sofa. And I ask her can you please put your backpack on the floor. Even I don’t let my kids dump their backpacks on a couch. Then that was a problem I guess for her because she ask me why and I tell her because we just moved, this is staged furniture it’s not mine. And she says oh you think I’m dirty? I said no I don’t think you’re dirty, it’s just not my furniture. She then says to me if you think I’m dirty then cancel the appointment. Like what?! I can’t ask you to remove your shoes or put your backpack on the floor? You’re literally coming into someone else’s home. This is part of your job to be respectable to someone else’s home. That was my first and absolute last time using this company. Never again. An experience that is supposed to be relaxing started off with so much attitude. I said fine you can leave and let her out, that is NOT how any therapist entering a persons home should be.

True professional. Arrived on time and fully prepared. Had perfect pressure and is a great listener. Hit all the spot of concern and the session ended with my body feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend.

Shawn was prompt, extremely professional and his expertise and knowledge was amazing. I had severe pain, he worked so patiently and with exactly the knowledge of my condition, was able to bring me great relief. Will be seeing him again. When the massage therapist actually show up to the appointments my experiences have always been good but more often than not your card is charged anywhere from $185 to $200 the therapist never shows up never calls to let you know they're not coming and you're out of your 185 to $200 for the mandatory 3 to 5 days until they refund your money but they beg you over and over again to reschedule for a time that is not convenient. I would suggest finding a local massage therapist that you can trust instead of pouring $200 down the wishing well hoping that a therapist shows up and doesn't just have your address to show up when you're not home.
