I ordered a 3-legged muurikka cooking…

I ordered a 3-legged muurikka cooking pan. It arrived in a damaged box minus its legs. I tried to get the company to send me some legs but they insisted I post the whole thing back so they could send me another one. It's not a small or lightweight item - this simply did not make sense. They would not send me any legs so after much to and fro-ing via email about postage costs they finally gave me a link to a free returns label. I asked for a refund rather than a replacement. I am still waiting to hear back. Very unsatisfactory service in view of the fact that they sent me an incomplete item in a damaged box to start with. Sorry but I cannot recommend this company at all.
