Leaked I would even say to the point of DANGEROUS

If it was possible I wouldn’t give it one star no delivery and impossible to get any response from them as it’s only an email address to contact them

I have ordered of these twice each time one of the vapes broken told the 1st time they couldn't refund or send a new one out as there only the sellers not the manufacturer but if I bought another one I would get one free well I didn't order another one I ordered 2 again broken one no replacement for the 1st lot disgusting

Company taken payment for order, not been delivered weeks later. Unable to raise a response for them however they continue to email me offers!!

They are thieves scammers!!!! They will send you the first order then the second order, and they will send you discounts for you to buy more but as it happens with me and what I’ve seen in the reviews you will never get the third order, and they will never answer your emails or contact you , be careful and find trusted place to buy your vape!!!!! My last order number is 7864698 that I never got it but anyway nothing I can do, but I believe that god will do that for me.

Vape arrived broken the liquid leaked tried contacting company which still haven’t contacted me back it arrived 6 days late

Sent 1 of the 4 items ordered packed the rest out with other items not ordered or of any use, emailed with no response...scammers steer clear wish I had looked here first, also send via Evri who just dumped the item on my doorstep🤬

Received a faulty item. Emailed them 3 times with proof of photos. Item leaked and constantly hisses, no reply. Complete waste of money and terrible customer service.

I’m the next one to fall victim to this. Not much compared to others but essentially robbery. No contact from them or details to chase, just money gone from my account and no goods. There are plenty of other legit stores around!

Ordered 3 times in total, the first 2 took some time but they sent it. The last one I ordered 6 weeks ago, first they answered me on email but now no answer. Still haven’t received any package or tracking number.
I’ve issued a refund with the payment solution also contacted the shop.
I’ll also take further action if they are unable to answer / at least cancel my order

Paid for DPD £7.99 on 5th March still not left DPD and no answer from seller

Never received item ordered in December 2023.
No contact back when tried to communicate with them I've lost my money...

Ordered a box of 10 vapes, the vapes were very weird and not like the ones I’ve bought from local shops before.

I’ve checked on the manufacturers website with the authentication code on the packaging and these are counterfeit.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered a box of 10 vapes at £99 and havnt received anything, total scam

I ordered 2 vape bars and they arrived in good time. I opened both (excited to try them) when I realised they had sent me a vanilla strawberry cream instead of Mr Blue. I hate any cream flavour vapes, so I emailed. They came back very quickly saying as I had opened the packaging I couldn’t send it back or get the one I actually ordered. What a fool I was thinking that they had sent me the 2 I had ordered!! First and last order.

I have never ordered from here before but thankfully i only ordered two small vapes as it never arrived and i was never responded to when emailing.
After looking at these reviews I'm 100% it's just a scam site.

🚩 You can see that this Trustpilot profile is unclaimed, which is very rare for legit online businesses.
🚩 There is also no automation for asking customers for reviews, which a legit company selling solely online will want, as the good will outweigh the bad.
🚩 The big obvious one is the only 5 star / only good reviews are fake, they are all sent from the same country and they all use keywords and basic positive phrases to try and bump up their stats until they no longer get sales and need to start again with a new website.

So don't buy from this website and find a legit one with lots and lots of good reviews!

Absolutely gutted. My friend told me to use these (I'd never heard of them) having now realised they are a scam I called my bank, who told me the "super" app payment method is basically transferring money to trusted people's accounts (so there's hardly any way of getting the money back) I wish I had looked them up on here before using them! So angry - no response to emails or Instagram message.

Ordered about a week ago and was told that my order would be 2-4 business days delivery. Starting to think I’ve been scammed now. Cost me £56 which is an absolute joke compared to other places. Contacted them and have received nothing back so absolutely appalling customer service. I mean why say 2-4 days delivery, yet 8 days later not even shipped? Absolute joke!!!
I will never be buying from here again!!
