No item delivered and no contact details on their website
Ordered and paid for door springs for my dishwasher in November 2025. Invoice was emailed the following day from a no-reply email address. A few weeks later I logged in to my account to track my order and it showed they had no stock. I couldnt find any email address or phone number on their website, and the "contact us" options merely opened up chat bot, which claimed my order would be shipped the following day. A couple of weeks later and back to chat bot, who then claimed it could be over 2 weeks. I checked the stock levels for the same item on their website 2nd week of January 2026, and it also stated 1-3 weeks.
Lack of due diligence is my fault. I've since found countless bad reviews online, and they were fined over $12k by ACCC in 2019 - and it seems they didn't learn from this experience... (trust pilot won't allow links in the reviews; search and you'll find it).
I have started the process for my bank to reverse the payment.
Fantastic Customer Service
I have used this company twice for spares for my fridge. Each time the spares have been despatched the next working day and where exactly what I ordered.

I order a part for my oven they sent the incorrect part and don't want to replace the part with the correct part. they just keep giving me the run around via e-mail
don't buy from this company you will waste your money.
Scam company
They lie about having stock, take your money via direct deposit then claim they don't have your payment and drag it out for a few weeks all the while knowing full well they do have your money. If you're lucky enough to receive an email it's a DO NOT REPLY format so you can't communicate with them. No phone number is available to ring them. They ghost you and don't send you your parts. It is nothing short of robbery. I don't know how they haven't been charged with FRAUD. I will be taking this further.
Waited 3 months and recieved the wrong…
Waited 3 months and recieved the wrong part, did the return ect, was told they have right one in stock and will be couple week. 3 weeks later emailed again, was told they don't have any in stock and could be up to 3 to 12 months, i assume it was meant to be weeks but at this point requested refund. Which surprisingly was quite quick and easy.
They must have plenty of practice with that process

They supplied the wrong parts. Took them 10 days to even respond. I sent them the model number, direct from purchase invoice, and they never responded. Please don't waste your money as I did. No option for Paypal, so zero protection

I was about to order a part from this supplier but was hestitant as PayPal not an option to make payment. Read the shocking reviews and ordered directly with Electrolux.

Delay, Delay, Delay.... The only contact is through email, and when I requested a refund... delay, delay, delay.

Total scam. Waiting for my order for two months now no refund and no updates.
Avoid
Avoid. Paid for an 'in stock' part that wasn't actually in stock at all. Offered an 'equivalent' part that was apparently in stock requiring additional payment which I refused. Ten emails and two weeks later money eventually refunded.
Sold me something they don't have and can't get
Brought a new knob for my oven. They sent out the wrong one and when I asked for the correct one they then said that 'they don't have that part anymore and sent out the wrong one as it says in small print that they don't have to send the correct one'. I highlighted that they can't advertise something and then send something totally different but they don't care
Would never use them again and am really annoyed that they wasted 5 weeks of my time waiting for something they don't have. Would not recommend as they really don't care and are very dismissive. Don't sell things you don't have and can't get! SCAM
Big Warehouse Spares
Ordered part 27th December. Website states 1-3 weeks dispatch.
End of January - no part.
Emailed Big Warehouse Spares, replied 31 January: 'We are expecting your part to arrive any day now, apologies for the unexpected delay.'
No part.
Phoned Big Warehouse Spares 12th February, they stated that part was supposed to be dispatched from overseas on 30th January (4 weeks before being dispatched after ordered - so much for the claim of 1-3 weeks dispatch).
Still no part. Apparently it hasn't arrived at Big Warehouse Spares.
Big Warehouse Spares have no idea, no internal tracking, no internal follow up, no follow up with customers.
AVOID.
Scam website
Scam website. They lie about having items in stock and will keep you in a 'expect it in 2 weeks' loop. The website seems to reset my password every time i visit and it can take up to 20 minutes for a reset link to arrive. There is no way to contact this business, you are left with a chatbot.
Usual very good until a problem occours
I am a Customer with Bigwarehouse for a couple of years and so far ordering, receiving and pricing was never an issue.
However this week I hit the wall as multiple trials to purchase a part failed. It is maybe just a glitch in the system, and Bigwarehouse also responded quickly with emails to callback; BUT from there it went not well anymore.
I explained to the first person on Tuesday that the purchase not going through with 2 different cards 3 times. I was advised: not our problem call your bank.
The following day I tried it again: same issue. I emailed screenshots and got again an email for callback.
Today I tried it again to make a purchase, again same failure. So I called my bank and there was no records for the purchase. On the phone we did another trial: Fail and no onformation reached the bank: a clear indicator that there is a fault on the webshop of Bigwarehouse.
So I called again: Explained the problem and the trials only to hear: I dont know what youre doing, all good on our side......
In other words: I dont care about your purchase trials....
Yes I had done the purchase now using bank transfer.
Thats why I write that review topic : usual good until a problem occours.
As a trade buying parts for my customers, I thinking to use a different company in future, since customer care and willingness to help is zero at Bigwarehouse
Great customer focus and service
In November 2024, Bigwarehouse's team provided us with a truly excellent service. I bought a spare part for a microwave oven, but it was not delivered to us because a large private courier company who accepted the contract did not deliver the order to us to start with. The company's representative lied when he/she claimed that the order could not be delivered because they missed us (as they stated on a calling card placed in our mailbox). That was a blatant lie, I was home all day; the delivery was not attempted, the delivery person simply decided that it was too complicated for them to drive, or walk, 85 m along a private property road to our front door. I found a calling card in our mailbox on the same day it was placed there, and I immediately contacted and began to communicate with the courier company. I requested that our property is brought back and delivered to us as instructed. My requests were ignored. I then contacted Bigwarehouse and explained what was happening to me. Over the next few days, while I was trying to communicate with the courier, the Bigwarehouse staff made a great effort to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Bigwarehouse staff contacted the courier and restated the original delivery instructions. I also asked Bigwarehose's staff to resends the spare part to us when it gets returned to them by the courier who simply refused to deliver the order claiming that they were not servicing our address. Of course, I kept Bigwarehouse people informed about my impasse with the courier company - the affair was dragging on for over a week by then. I was delighted and very grateful to Bigwarehouse team who did not wait for the outcome of the case and shipped, again, a part we were desperately waiting for. I asked for it to be resent by the Australia Post who never failed to deliver any shipments, large or small, to us - and cheerfully. In my view, the Bigwarehouse staff (I spoke with two of their employees on separate occasions) acted professionally, promptly and in our interest. We really appreciated it; this is how an excellent service looks, and a company operates. Based on my experience I highly recommend Bigwarehouse as a reliable prompt retailer.
Big WareHouse :- Just A Scam ?
Ordered a crisper bin for a Westinghouse fridge, was told that it wasn't in stock but would be supplied in 2 -3 weeks.
Finally arrived, wrong part. Was told I had ordered from the wrong model although their original invoice showed the correct model was ordered.
Was eventually told that if I returned the wrong part, at my expense, and it was in good condition then I would be refunded. Given my experiences I would not believe any assertion these people made.
You can't get them to answer the phone and their email communication, or lack thereof, just gets increasingly frustrating. Normally I would just write the experience off but they have proved so unprofessional that I will pursue my legal remedies.
Don't buy from these guys
One of the worst places I've dealt with. Ordered a part nearly 2 months ago, they did not bother to contact me that it was going to take months for them to get the part. The person I spoke to was super rude. Terrible business to deal with.
Dodgy business. Something strange going on at the Bigwarehouse.
Their business application will not accept your address details. I couldn't process an order.
It is not possible to operate a business with an application like that.
Then you seek to contact them and inform the application is down, and a phone number is nowhere to be found!!
Then you look up ABN details to identify a phone number, then call inside business hours only to get an answering service that says you've called outside business hours.
Then you look up sites like this, and you thank your lucky stars you never ordered from this dodgy outfit.
