Total and complete scam. I got suckered like everybody else. Only $100, but still. What kind of company does this? Ordered 3 items and what was shipped was nothing like what arrived. Total joke. SCAM COMPANY!

Total scam. I received something that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I could get a better outfit at the 99 cent store. What a f-ing joke. It’s like buying a car and getting a drawing of a car on toilet paper.

I ordered dresses in December and it is now 5 months later. I asked them about my order and they wont tell me when I can expect my products to be delivered. I think this is a scam. Don't order from them.

Scam!!! Chinese crap. Says it's from Italy. China special. I purchased a sexy Rhinestones size extra small jumpsuit and they sent me a size triple XL clown suit made out of spandex and would fit someone that is 300 pounds. You know Rhinestones. These people are the biggest scam artists ever! They won't respond to any emails and I will be disputing this with my credit card company. These buttholes are not keeping my money. I wish I would have read reviews first!!!

Ordered 6 items, 2 shipped & were received but looked nothing like the pictures. I cancelled the other 4 items that were not shipp & received a refund minus 15%. I shipped back the 2 items & they are not refunding my money for those items. I paid $40 to ship these back to China & they will not answer my questions about the 2nd refund. They received the 2 items because I had the packaged tracked on March 23rd. I just get automatic emails saying my refund has been processed but they are referring to the 4 cancelled items not the 2 I returned.

I made a purchase on December 29, 2022. I purchased 2 items that NEVER came! The first time I inquired about my purchases it was February 11, 2023, a month and half later. They responded and told me that one of the two garments had already been delivered to me, but I had never received it. When I inquired about the second item they said, "We will ship the remaining orders as soon as possible. That response was on February 14, 2023. On March 15, 2023, I requested a full refund for my order. Then they requested that I send pictures of my order. PICTURES OF THE ORDER I DID NOT RECEIVE?? Then they proceeded to resend me the tracking information of the item I never received but they claimed was delivered to me. All-in-all never got my items, never got my refund and this website is a GIANT SCCAAAAAMMMMM!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. That is the best description of this company. What arrived in the mail was a cheap ugly spandex dress thing. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. STAY AWAY.

Biilona.com has not delivered the products I ordered and paid for in advance in 4 months and they keep writing the same answers that they will arrange shipment as soon as possible and to wait patiently. I have asked for a full refund but they ignore my request and keep writing autogenerated mails. I will fail a complaint with my bank and want to warn everyone from ordering anything from them!

TOTAL "Bait & Switch"!! My wife ordered a "multicolored teardrop SEQUIN jumpsuit" and received a VERY simple multicolored POLYESTER jumpsuit with NO SEQUINS. The photo posted to advertise the item IS NOT at all what was delivered. She emailed a complaint to the company and the reply asked for a photo of the item received for verification. Even though the tracking information states "Style: Same as Photo", nothing could be further from the truth! BUYER BEWARE... you have been warned.

Something happened to me as the previous message. Purchase a dress in January 2023 and received nothing to date (3 April 2023). Sent emails and the only response is ‘the item will be shipped’. No timeframe or delivery date.

I just want my order item, as per the picture too.

Do not purchase anything with this company. You be sorry! I purchased 3 items from their website on Feb 8th 2023. From the 3 items I only got one and it was a fake. It does not look anything like the picture that they provided on their website. No even close. The other two items were never delivered after almost 2 months of waiting (their estimated time is 20 business days). In their website status on the order still showing pending status. I contacted them they are not willing to provide full money back for the other two items. Remember that their products is not what they have in their pictures. They completely mislead the buyer. I have proof of everything.

They are a scam company. Ladies please be aware. You will not get what you order. The images you see on their site is nothing like what you will receive. I wish I had looked at the reviews before giving my hard earned money. Now they only want to send me back 30% of what I paid. So disappointing.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t even wash the floor with what they sent me. Completely different item from what I ordered. Such a scam.

Absolute Scam. The item of clothing is not even good enough to be a pillow case, which it does in fact look like.
