Earrings looked dull (not all shiney like they were presented in the photo), looked cheap even though they cost £60, and they arrived in a small plastic bag. The bag I wasn't so bothered about, but the box was huge in comparison with the small hoops which meant I couldn't position them so they presented well. I have had to cut the foam myself so they sat correctly. There was little gift bag to go with it which was ok. Overall a bit disappointing. If I saw them in a shop I wouldn't have bought them.

The earings I purchased were so beautiful, I ordered two more pairs for my daughters. The packaging is great and to top the experience, the delivery was extremely prompt.

We ordered a ring (Tiara) for my grandaughter. However due to my error ordered the wrong size. Got in touch with Bijou by email informed them of my error & I returned it, amd two days later a replacement arrived !!! The correct size! Delighted with the ring and prompt service and attention.5***** service thank you Bijou!!!

Dreadful service,I ordered an item and paid for express delivery.this item was a birthday gift.i have not yet received the item and have not had the courtesy of a reply to my emails or phone calls.I have now taken steps to get my money back.AVOID

I purchased a chain necklace for my partner within a week the chain has already started to tarnish. I have emailed and called Bijou loads of times but they are not answering any calls and also not contacting me back via email.

Seriously unhappy as this is not something you'd expect to happen to a chain necklace within a week of owning it!

I have very recently ordered from bijou jewellery and paid £6.95 for express delivery as the item ordered was a birthday gift. As of yet I have still not received my item, i can't get through to the company via phone and I have had no reply back to my message on Facebook or email. I need my item by today at the latest and have absoluteky no hope for it. If it is not here by the end of the day I will be cancelling my order and requesting my money back through my bank as this is fraud to accept my momey and not give me my item, especially in the stated time that I've requested and paid for!

I bought a pair of earrings from Bijou Jewellery for christmas and the product i received was FAKE, they were plastic and were damaged when they arrived.

When i contacted them to complain, they said they can't help or refund me because they 'triple check' what they send out, so i must of broken them.

Disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Never ever buy off this company. I recently purchased a silver necklace for my partner, which was okay for a while, but then the chain links started to come apart which meant it couldn't be worn. I emailed them on a number of occasions with no response. I then tried to call them, only to be told by a machine to leave my details and they would call me back. Yes, you've guessed it, no "Call Back" no nothing!!!!!!. I will now go elsewhere and use a company that respects their customers. Bijou Jewellery does not deserve to be trading and I hope that it doesn't for much longer.
