I was not sure about the size of a bike part that I needed, so I asked them about it before ordering. I also asked, if returning or changing the part was possible if the size was not correct. They said a size that would be correct and said that change/return would be possible. I trusted them and ordered the size they said would be right. It was wrong size and when I asked about the promised change to a right size, they said they do not have the right size part and that I would have to pay the return of the part by clicking some link in an email. Will not do that. Guess I just have to accept that bike part price 80€ as a loss because I’m pretty sure I would not se my money even if I paid for the return. So my recommendation is not to trust Bikable.

I think the prices are fair reasonable. Selection is good and delivery is fast. This was my second shopping time from Bikable and i will buy again.

This was my first order from Bikeable. Everything went like promised and the highlight is that it took only 1h26mins from my order entry to dispatching it and that is awesome.

Bought some tires that did not fit my rims. I returned them promptly for refund and that came today. Not super fast, but pretty good. Thanks Bikeable!

For the second time delivery promises weren't met.

Order arrived correct and as described. Prices were competitive. Had a query about delivery as I had presumed bikable.fi was Finnish, it's located in Denmark, and I received confirmation that the order was waiting to be collected by posti for a week. When I contacted customer service information was quickly passed on and query settled. Received the parcel in about 7 working days.

Good things:
- Best prices in europe
- Good clear site to browse parts
- You get answers to email fast
Bad things:
- Communication is unclear
- Time for delivery was unclear and took over 3 weeks
- Business seems a bit sketchy to me

The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but there is no fault of the Bikable, since they sent the order very fast and the issue was on the local delivery company side. The delivered product was a good quality and packed very well. The online chat support was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!
