customer Experience 0 and weak arguments. poor people

I am shocked by the lack of professionalism of the Helsinki Forum point and their sales assistants (as well as the complete ignorance regarding fabrics). Shirt purchased on Friday (three days ago) and paid almost 40 euros. Taking it out this morning, my daughter sprayed a drop of perfume on it and it melted like paper. now the shirt has a part that has lost thickness and is completely ruined, after being in our hands for a minute. The shop assistant told me that she would replace it initially then her colleague said that it wasn't possible and that I should try washing the shirt as the problem would probably be solved. I felt cheated as it is clear that the shirt is ruined not through my fault but due to the poor quality of the materials. I was also told to come back tomorrow (why should I spend my time to come back if I’m here now?!) and when I refused they said they would contact the manager which in my opinion didn't happen because a manager wouldn't have resolved the situation in such a poor way without even wanting to talk to me. I was told that I sprayed the perfume too closely and that it was my fault that the shirt was ruined but that's not true, it's their shirt that is of terrible quality. I want to be reimbursed for the money I spent on a tissue and will never buy even a hair clip from them again. I was not listened to and my experience as a customer is disastrous, all this to deny me a replacement/refund which costs them nothing. They really acted like poor people and I didn't expect it. They lost a customer and I won't be the only one because I will also spread the news on Google, where they are local guides. Rating below ZERO: ZERO quality, zero professionalism (they didn't even know what to say about the ruined fabric, they don’t clearly know the argoment) ZERO empathia. I expect to be contacted by trustpilot or Google

Pay more than you counted on

If you're from abroad and shop in Bikbok in Copenhagen, beware of paying exponentially more, than you counted on when looking at the pricetags. Even danish law doesn't matter to them, as their main Office is othervise livstestamente.
They write misguiding 'guiding' prises (wring prices are no help on a pricetag) and won't let you pay the currency (or price) on the pricetag. The Price is ALWAYS way higher in DKK than euro and they do not care about going shaunspiers the law by writing confusing provins information. So when you look at a price, calculate to cash out 50-200 DKK more than you think -for every piece of clothes you buy.
