Not reccomended

Not reccomended. In addition to adding an extra shipping cost after the inital purchase, they forgot to ship my order. Only after emailing them about it did they actually ship it. Also (just offering some general information) something to keep in mind is that if you pay by credit card and want a refund, the funds are recredited back in 11 months.

Based on this information and the carrier's tracking, the order was processed and delivered within the normal time frame. No refund appears on the file and delivery is confirmed as completed.
Furthermore, as the order was placed at the end of January 2026, the reference to a period of ‘11 months’ does not correspond to our records. It is possible that there has been some confusion with another seller.

No more additional Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs are now updated! 2026

I've purchased from these guys for years...and would always get emails asking for more shipping.

Now FINALLY they have the exact shipping costs per country for each customer!

This is so much better :) No additional payments (FINALLY) THANKYOU!!

Feels like a scam

Having ordered parts from the Uk and paid the advertised price £38.02 I was surprised to get an email stating that the pricing was wrong and it should be £62.24…..I double checked the parts catalogue and my price was correct….felt like a scam so called the supplier who explained the web site is in fact French and the prices are some times wrong…this is illegal in the UK but the uk vendor stated they know that but the French supplier and web site owner doesn’t do anything about it.

So in short take the prices with a pinch of salt and expect to get the “we want more” email.

Worst company I've ever dealt with Should loose it's Yamaha dealer Status

Worst company I've ever dealt with ever!
I was messed about and my Name Questioned and Ridiculed by Staff.
I was humiliated messed about and forced to have to correspond with a very bias team of people.
I would even go as far as to call them out right rude.. my Name Fuku means Lucky in Japanese they Narrow mindedly Questioned it as a swear word
This person Cancelled my order said I was being abusive yet in their records I can prove I was not !and answering this nasty Rude persons orig email about questions of my name and Correcting them
About their terrible attitude towards my name
I only went there to buy a part!
online !
and had no need to have contact with this company at all!
except via my purchase.
It was they who contacted and questioned and abused me about my Name!
When they cancelled my order I asked them not to contact me any further.
Yet
They even kept contacting me via email until the 25 th sept 2025

What a Bad Example to set as a company carrying the Yamaha main brand in the UK
They ruined my Fukushi
I hope Head office at Yamaha Japan sees this review
And holds them to account and they loose their main dealer status.
Shame on this company

Parts ordered on 15/08 still not received

Parts ordered on 15/08 Order no. 37023774, and still not received. No proactive communication from them, status updates are non-existent, constantly having to chase and then getting inaccurate, incomplete or misleading responses. Cannot answer any general questions about the parts, as they are just an e-commerce provider. Terrible Service - do not use them!!!

Chasers sent 20/08, 21/08, 22/08, 27/08, 28/08, 02/09, 05/09, 08/09, and now on 09/09 - still no part received. Every response is ambiguous or includes misinformation. Part apparently arrived in Customs, then at their depot, then sent to another customer, then went back to customs...after weeks of frustrating email exchanges, I managed to reach their Deeside office by phone to be told it had arrived with them 08/09 and would be shipped today - but I don't hold out much hope, as they have lied and shared misinformation from the very start of the order process. Suggested they take a look at their customer service, to which they said they don't need to and clearly don't think they are doing anything wrong. This company is a joke.

12/09 - Part did finally arrive, but was not all the parts we had hoped and goes back to the point I made previously where they couldn't answer a basic question about the part being ordered - i.e. was the part including all locks Ignition, Fuel Cap and Seat Lock...and the answer we now know is No, only the ignition lock were in the box despite the parts diagram suggesting all locks together. So we are still now trying to source a fuel cap and seat lock elsewhere.

Service is ok but watch those postage costs.

Service is ok, delivery wasn't fast, but it came within a 2-week period.
The charges for P&P are a little overkill on small items, and if you forget something and have to do a separate order, that's where they are extortionate.
I got charged £15.90 (£7.90 for each order) for 4 small items like nuts, etc, which came in a small box at the cost of £2.70 P&P.
So I was charged TWICE (1 for each order) but they sent in one order box that's what niggled me.
The main company name is M.E.S Powersports as well as Bike Parts Yam.

UPDATE:
I have now given a 4 star rating as this company realised the overcharge and refunded me one set of postage back. Must appreciate and the email was very respectful.

Dubious practices

I ordered a few small parts for my bike, approx A4 in size and light plastic so not expensive to post.
I was charged £8.25 delivery.
A day or so later I was asked for an additional shipping fee of £15 as my address is in Jersey, Channel Islands.
So not only does this company charge excessive postage at the checkout, they demand extra at a later date. Which is covert and unfair.
Cannot recommend.

Xmax 2020

I red review of this shop here and there but I ordered my parts from there. Panels for xmax 2020. Waited a little bit of time but all arrived as I ordered it. Good follow up emails. No issue at all.

Its a complete scam even if u do…

Its a complete scam even if u do request to get your money back because you never received no item.
They sent me to a refund department which never answered and replayed to my emails. Im still at a loss here.
