Change Bulgarian package carriers to Speedy

Well everything that was done from bike24 was great until my package was submitted to the Bulgarian carrier Econt. They are actually slowing the delivery and trying to dispatch it always at unsuitable time for me. Usually I tell them to deliver it to one of their offices which adds an additional tax. Please try to use other Bulgarian Carriers such as Speedy. Thanks

Good service, communication issue.

Placed and paid order as many many times in the past. Delivery was not made but returned to bike24. Bike24 agreed to re-ship my order. Instead I got several messages with canelations. After contacting the team again and again, I only got the info "your order will be sent soon" Never happend. At this point it is almost 3 weeks since my initial order and I feel scammed. After many many years, I am leaving bike24 as custommer. I am switching to another store.

UPDATE: After reading the reply: Great to hear bike24 did maximum for solving my issue.
Next time please INFORM me about the status, I have zero possibilities to know that the item was damaged and/or stolen. I can accept this, but you need to let me know in the future.
Things happen and I am 100% okay with that. It is fair to change feedback on my side.
Since this changes everything.

Unfortunately, the returned parcel was damaged and incomplete. As a result, we first had to restock some of the items you ordered that were no longer available. A new parcel was sent to you on 19th of March.

I dislike that the language was changed…

I dislike that the language was changed to Finnish and the translation was worse than worse, it was completely non-sensical and ridiculous. And the other bug seems to be that during checkout, the system says that I can choose ecpedited delivery, but this option was nowhere available.

Parcel Lost. Bike24 received compensation from Carrier but refused to refund!

Today DPD official confirmed what my parcel was lost and they already sent compensation to BIKE24 but Bike 24 refused to refunded my order and their support ignored me.

Ultimately, the store received my money and compensation for the lost package. Their actions were illegal and they are obligated to compensate me for the loss.

Below I have provided the text of the response from the delivery service.

You didn't received this parcel, and the sender can see this also via the tracking:

the carrier of the sender, he will be refunded by DPD DE.

We have logged your report of damage internally and started an investigation with the shipping service provider. Investigations into deliveries within the EU can take up to six weeks.

As your order involved goods of a very high value, we had to await the outcome of the investigation. For this reason, we were unable to provide an advance refund and asked you to be patient until DPD had completed their inquiry.

On 20 March 2026, we received the outcome of the investigation from DPD, which confirmed the loss of the shipment. DPD then made the compensation payment to BIKE24, and on 23 March 2026, we initiated the refund to the payment method you selected.

I would like to sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the circumstances surrounding your order. However, it is necessary for us to carry out the appropriate checks and investigations in such situations.

Untrustuworthy: delays, no contact, lots of bugs, lacking customer support

No status update for 8 days at all! Why even have this? Buggy contact form, automated dismissive email replies, and phone number provided non-functional when calling from abroad. Also buggy user account system: when changing language, when opening a new tab on bike24 and more... Pay your developers greedy business people.

Shipment tracking is bad

Shipment tracking is bad. There is no info where my shipment is just info that it in transit some where. And its looks like that I will not receive my gear in showed time.
