We bought 2 Gravel bikes from Bike24 -BH Bikes Vélo Gravel - GRAVELX 2.0 - 2024. The bikes arrived quickly, well wrapped and in perfect order - well done Bike24. The trouble was, the gearing described by Bike24 online (rear cassette was described as max 45, but it was actually max 36) was not what the bikes had fitted. This was very important to us as we needed low gearing.
We contqacted Bike24 Customer Service who were polite and helpful and allocated an agent to help us. The Agent was polite and helpful too, and quickly agreed to give us a full refund (the issue could not be resolved by just changing the cassette due to incompatibility with the wheels).
Bike24 arranged for a Courier to pickup the bikes at their expense.
The whole process took 5 weeks from start to finish, but Bike24 were great and very honest. They refunded 100% of the cost of the bikes, including all shipping costs.

I would happily order again from Bike24 safe in the knowledge that if anything went wrong, their Customer Service was excellent.
It's just a shame their wedsite tech spec was wrong (as still is !!)
