do not do it. they have had my money for 5 days. i placed an order for 2 engines and a set of rims Friday morning before the business day this was in the early morning around 3 am because i was in the shop late working on customer orders, the order still has not went out and its Tuesday, so tomorrow will be 6 days. i am not a bank and i have to work hard to make money just for a business like this to hold onto money a customer has paid me for a custom bike,-now i will lose another customer because of bike berry with no compensation or care from this business. please save your money and time and google a different place with a good revue. happy holidays.

Slow company, steal you money
Slow company. Dont trust their shipping policy. I ordered a bike friday September 13. Their website said shipping in 1-2 days. Monday i get an email from the ghost in their verification department Ana. They needed information to verify so i send them the information through email. I called to see if they got it none responded. The next day they said they needed more info but when i called to verify none answered. I was told it will be shipped at the end of this week. So shipping took 5 days. On top of that they ssid it will take 10 days to get to me even after i accepted their will call location to be picked up when i paid shipping to have it delivered to my place.SHADY LIARS. SHIPPING POLICY IS A LIE. IM SURE ILL NEVER GET MY BIKE

I bought a 49cc friction drive motor…
I bought a 49cc friction drive motor kit. when I received it there were parts i didn't need and parts that were missing .After a lot of calls they finally sent me out some parts but I had to rework them With under 100 miles on the bike all I have is problems with bolts coming loose clutch springs breaking etc. They have nice ads but i would buy elsewhere!!!!

The bike that I ordered said it was 26 in after reading the review I found out that it was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it 10 minutes after making the order they told me they cannot cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped yet after receiving the order and trying to return it they tell me I am going to get charged a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay for the shipping also they're only going to give me in store credit for the rest. If that isn't bad enough the items they sent me were dented rusted and inferior. Do not order anything from this company they are only all for themselves.

Defective product, horrible customer service
Defective product, missing, parts, lousy assembly directions, and horrible customer service. They never refunded what they said they would, they never remediated the missing parts or the defective manufacturing, and now they are completely ignoring me. I've spent hundreds of dollars for a bike that is still lying in pieces on my living room floor months later. It cannot be assembled due to manufacturing defects which have been photographed and sent to them as they requested. Later I found another site of reviews for this company - all of them terrible and with similar complaints to my own. Don't trust this company for online sales!

Deceptive Business Practices
UPDATE 07/24/2023
Placed my order for Wheel Set and a Mirror. Waited almost a week and come to find out that FedEx couldn't delivery my package.
NOT FedEx fault because whoever processed my order assigned it to be delivered by FedEx HOME Delivery. The problem with that is FedEx HOME Delivery does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
For those of you that are not aware, FedEx GROUND SmartPost DOES deliver to P.O.Boxes and so does UPS SurePost.
I spent over 2.5 hours chatting with Earl trying to see if they could get in touch with FedEx and have them redirect and have my package delivered via FedEx GROUND SmartPost so my package wouldn't be sent back to Bikeberry as undeliverable. He didn't do it, didn't even try. So I ask him can you at least get in contact with FedEx and at the very least have FedEx hold it for me and I will pick it up myself. But no, he couldn't do that either. He insisted that since Bikeberry sent my package via FedEx HOME Delivery, which was Bikeberrys deliberate mistake, that the only way I could receive my order is if it was resent to my physical address. That is just not an option because the reason I have a P.O. Box is to keep my mail and packages from being stolen and I work 18 hours a day and I wouldn't be there when they deliver.
My first time ordering from Bikeberry was great, no issues at all. This time around, they ain't worth a crap and I can see why Bikeberry has a long list of complaints on the BBB website and other online reviews!
Earl then had the gall to tell me if they resent the order that I would have to pay for the shipping!
Really???
I bought over $100 in parts from them which qualified my order for FREE shipping and they made the mistake of shipping my order via FedEx HOME Delivery to my P.O. Box knowing dern well FedEx HOME Delivery doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
So basically, they want me, the customer, to pay for their mistakes!!!
That don't cut it Hoss!
I told them that they no longer have a customer and they no longer have a sale of $100+.
I'll just take my business elsewhere.
All they care about is how they can rake folks.
Bikeberry is alright if there is a small issue where there is no time or money involved but when there's a bigger issue involved, they literally just FAIL to deliver!!!
Stay away, don't do business with folks who don't appreciate their customers and correct their own mistakes. Bad business practices Bikeberry. And yes, I know alot of folks and I will spread word of mouth just how sad and pathetic you really are!!!
Don't waste anymore of your time arguing with these folks at Bikeberry.
Instead, file a complaint with the Attorney General in California and file another complaint with the Better Business Bureaus about Bikeberrys deceptive business practices,vonline fraud and false advertising.
Also, make a vow to never do business with them and stop supporting bad businesses!!!
