Missing parts, very reactive vendor
I have ordered an AXA Ringlock. I received a used one, probably a returned one. No packaging, no instruction manual, no warranty info, and, most importantly, two plastic lids normally covering the fixings were missing. This cannot happen by chance or negligence. The other item I had ordered was in order, and price and delivery were good. However, for me, sending it back to bikebudget now will cost 6,70€ (and the time and effort to go to the post office). I wrote to compained to them and will see how they react.
Update: the vendor reacted within 2 hrs and assured me that this is a new product (that is without packaging for environmental reasons) and promised to send the missing parts as soon as possible.
