I attempted to place an order on the website. The checkout page was not working properly; I was unable to alter the quantity of an item in my cart before I hit "pay". My credit card info was entered. however. I decided to stop and not order because of the non-function of the check-out page. So I deleted the page from my lappy.
Within a few days , $4000 of weird orders were placed on my credit card. My card refused the payments suspecting fraud (Citi Mastercard). Orders originated in Long Beach where this company allegedly has a shop.
Buyer beware. I suspect even positive reviews in various places on this site are fake> Prices too good to be true are not real.

Was apprehensive regarding purchasing Sidi mountain bike shoes due to the large discount. Shipping was fast and efficient, Sidi's arrived on time and were brand new and perfect. Original packaging, all brochures and as advertised Sidi's . Very satisfied with the complete experience and delivered product.

I had been looking for Sidi Wire 2 Air cycling shoes for a while, but websites were either out of stock or didn't have them in my size. I came across BikeCloset and they had them; in my size and significantly cheaper. I became suspicious for obvious reasons. I hesitated for several days, then looked up reviews for the company. I was surprised that others had the same concerns, but also had a good experience. Then BikeCloset had a sale on Sidi shoes at 60% off normal MSRP! I pulled the trigger on the Wire 2 Air's for $200 ... and they arrived a week later. No fake, no damage - the actual OEM brand new Sidi's. Well done BikeCloset! I'll be back shopping with you again!

I have made many purchases from this site, including Garmin 830 and Continental Grand Prix 5000 tubeless ready tires. When I am looking for something, they almost always have the best price, and they ship extremely fast. Highly recommend this site.

I have bought stuff in this shop several times. No complaints about quality, a very good discounts on some items. They need to improve their website however: no sorting at all, you can not hide the items, that are not in stock, sometimes the description is missing. Still, I am giving them 5 stars, hoping they will fix this in the nearest future.

Ordered a Garmin Epix 2 from them on the 1st, received it on the 4th. Product was new and as advertised, and customer service even helped me with a question.

I bought a Assos Targa rsr and they sent RS version, which is 130 USD cheaper. Unable to contact them through whatsoever. Bye

Ordered Bibs on 10-24, got shipping label next day, 5 days later, tracking number shows label created only, txted company due to only way they communicate, 4 days later, got a new tracking number, label created only. Very suspicious. Paid with Paypal so I can file claim if item never gets here.Update: I did receive the correct item and it was as described so they did fulfill their obligation, but it wasn't a smooth transaction but the price was great, I would only buy items from them I know I would never need to return.

Sidi shoes arrived quickly and in good condition. Trying to return them due to fit with no response to their customer service text line or email in 3 weeks now to understand the return process.

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a helmet from Bike Closet, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company, as their lack of professionalism and customer service is utterly disappointing.

To start with, after purchasing the helmet online, I realized it didn't fit properly. While this wasn't a major issue, what followed only added to my frustration. It became immediately apparent that Bike Closet does not have a phone number for customer support; instead, they expect customers to communicate via text messages. This unorthodox approach should have raised red flags, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Little did I know, it was the first sign of the poor service to come.

After numerous attempts to contact them through text messages, I was met with silence. No responses, no acknowledgment of my concerns. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, waiting for any sign of assistance. Eventually, I managed to get a response, but only after wasting a significant amount of time and energy.

When they finally acknowledged my issue, they sent me a shipping label to return the ill-fitting helmet. I promptly returned it and patiently awaited my refund. However, two weeks later, I had still not received my money back. Frustrated and fed up with their unresponsiveness, I attempted to reach out to them again. Surprise, surprise, no one bothered to respond to my inquiries. It was at this point that I realized I had made a grave mistake by choosing to do business with Bike Closet.

Given the lack of any proper customer service, I had no choice but to file a credit card dispute to resolve this matter. The fact that I had to resort to such measures speaks volumes about the company's disregard for their customers and their responsibilities.

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the name "Bike Closet" seems like a deliberate attempt to sound reputable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my experience has proven that their name is nothing more than a facade, masking the incompetence and unprofessionalism that lies within.

In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Bike Closet. The inconvenience, lack of communication, and delays in processing refunds are not worth the hassle. Look for a more reputable company that values its customers and provides reliable service.

First, the products they sale are 100% first quality and legit. I’ve purchased on several occasions over the last year. To include a Garmin RCT715, Sidi Wire shoes, Fizik vento shoes, 6 Continental GP5000 TR tires, Castelli Bibs, etc etc. I had to return a pair of shoes and a couple of Castelli bibs that didn’t fit and had no issues other than the refund on one order took a few days (probably holiday). One review has alleged that they sold a knock off helmet! Honestly I think that’s BS as I’ve not experienced this, my only issue is that on occasion it takes a day for a response on the customer service text number in the event you have a enquiry. In a time where everyone expects instant gratification this can be a headache, but try and call American Airlines!!! If you want legit cycling products at a great discount and you find it on Bike Closet, pull the trigger but be aware they’re probably having minor growing pains. The upside is you can be sure (atleast it’s my experience) that you’ll receive legit goods from folks who are doing a good job for the cycling community. Be a little patient with what I’m assuming is a small Buisness and you’ll be rewarded.

I decided to order a POC Octal helmet to match my friends. I searched online and came across Bikecloset, selling this helmet for much cheaper. When the helmet arrived, the quality and finish were terrible compared to my friend's. We concluded this helmet was a knock-off. I guess you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a knock-off named brand helmet, you can find it 60% cheaper than what Bikecloset offers.

Purchased 6 items, only received 2. Very difficult to get in touch with customer support, who would not offer any assistance - effectively telling me it was my problem. Will not order from this dubious reseller again.

Bought 6 men’s castelli items…. Shipped same day as ordered, only took 2 days to arrive (usps). One “open box” bib short, which was in perfect condition. Good pricing, but does seem to vary from day to day. Items fitted well so no need to return anything

Ordered and paid for 4 tires. Only 2 tires were received, yet the packing slip stated 4 were in the package.

I recenly ordered two bike jerseys from Bike Closet and unfortunately, they did not fit. I requested return labels for both and they responded within a reasonable period of time. I was credited for both jerseys and sent them back as requested. Please note, I was credited the full price for jerseys, however; the return shipping lablels covered the cost of the returns. This company is very LEGIT. I will be ordering merch from them in the future.
