Unkept promises, late delivery

I ordered the bike with them because I needed it fast and on their website they claimed a short lead time for this model. Of course, the bike was not there on the promised day, actually, not even the day after... It came with 2 days delay. I was promised a gift for the inconvenience, did not receive it. Then the CS representative asked if I got it (this is pretty nice of them, but ultimately did not yield anything); told them no. Then I was told "sorry there was a miscommunication", but now your gift is on its way. Nevertheless, I never received it, and I never bothered to tell them again that I still don't have it... Very untrustworthy. Not 1 star though, because the bike arrived right color, size etc. But the delay and the repeatedly unkept promises won't get them further than 2 stars.

Horrible

Delivery was fast but there were parts missing plus the light was not working.
I wrote an email but didn't get any answer for 2 months. Now two months later I wrote again plus I called them. Person on the phone is not friendly at all, but answered at least the email one day later.
But they said I have to pay 13€ delivery for the missing or not working parts.
Unbelievable as I already payed nearly 30€ delivery for a working bike.
They don't take their responsability as a seller after the european consumer law so I will have to take legal actions against them.
Even if I have an Insurance for that so I don't have to pay the lawyer, It Is my time which I have to spend to go there.
Horrible shop!
