Good experience
I have used Bikeflights several times and was mostly happy with this one. I measured several times to make sure I got it right, but forgot to take pictures. I ended up having to pay more $ because UPS disagreed with my measurements. Not much you can do about that without pictures. You live, you learn.

Problem with system-generated address, otherwise great!
My bike went to Vero Beach, FL, via Bikeflights, arranged by my local bike shop in Glen Arbor, MI, all good. For the return trip, the Trek Store in Vero asked that I handle the Bikeflights set-up. I went on the website, chose the Cyclery in Glen Arbor, and the webpage automatically populated an address, 6260 W. "Riv" Rd (the actual address is 6260 W. River Rd, but since your site produced the address, I assumed it was good with you. After I finished the order and paid, I was advised I couldn't get a shipping label. A lot of back and forth, and it took several days, but apparently the problem was the partial address for my bike shop in your system. Annoying, but after it got sorted out, things went well. Great communication on the return trip, will definitely use again (but will carefully assess any auto-loaded info). Thanks.

Best place to ship your bike!
Easy process of getting your bike shipped for an INCREDIBLE PRICE! It got delivered in 3 days - I'd highly recommend BikeFlights to anyone! Mine was also insured for up to $3500, and I just couldn't believe how good of the deal for shipping I got!

Excellent way to ship bikes
It was easy to generate and print a shipping label, and UPS was very helpful with taping the labels on the bike box and suitcase (for the folding bike). Tracking was easy. Shipping rates very reasonable.
