Experience frustration free

Very very good service

Very very good service. I bought a bike. Guick and good communication methods and well made negotiation service. Delivery was very well organized and very fast deliverd. However it's a shame they push you in every way possible to leave a review, they send an email, a couple messages on bikeflip and even texts on my WhatsApp, but besides that very trusting site!

What a fight to buy a bike..

Very bad impression! Payment process does not work with credit card - at the same time offer details and communication with seller disappear..Difficult to get in contact. What a fight to buy an expensive bike - cannot recommend this company.

Good concept, lacking in customer service

The customer service is sadly not up to standards. Wrote in with a question/request after purchasing a bike through the site, but it was never answered. Shame that the customer support is not up to standards as the concept is great.

Bike very well packed

Bike very well packed, easy to run the transaction.
One point to improve is the timespan between payment and email confirmation reception that was long (one hour), raising questions if everything was ok.

The bike was a wreck

The bike was a total wreck, if somebody who didnt know anything about bikes just asembeled it there is a serious chance of him getring injured, one part of the top of the headset was missing and and there was rust in the bottom bracket and headset. Like 50% of the screws were stripped. The rear suspension had 200mm instead of the 190mm that is supposed to be in the bike and it was ruining the frame.
I like the bike but goddamn atleast he dindnt need to tighten the stripped screws so much it was a nightmare.

Shipment lost by UPS + improvable customer service follow up

Shipment lost by UPS. Reaching out regularly to Bikeflip about the status of my shipment and they are telling me their "logistics department" is checking with UPS the situation (while it just takes a phone call to UPS to create a claim and to realize after 10 days of "investigations" that my shipment has been lost).

After 10 days no news from lost shipment. I had to call myself Bikeflip and to get a bit mad on the phone to get an ASAP refund procedure. BTW the contact phones number on Bikeflip website were not working from France and Switzerland. Try this one instead if you really want to get someone on the phone : +39 320 6257475
